"Shabuya is an affordable, all-you-can-eat shabu shabu spot that feels like a karaoke pregame. The neon beer signs on the walls and Kpop-heavy playlist make this a fun place for group hangs where you clink soju glasses and swirl ingredients around in a bubbling cauldron. The meat quality isn’t quite on par with higher-end hot pot restaurants, but the self-serve bar—fully loaded with seafood, leafy greens, noodles, and all the sauces you could want—makes up for it.
