The Best Restaurants in Denver for Big Groups | Eater Denver

"From the banchan onward, Korean barbecue is a communal affair if ever there was one. Ordering’s easy here with combo packages that include multiple meats, a choice of stew, a kimchi pancake, and a bottle of soju — but that galbi, bulgogi, pork belly, and more are also available à la carte for supplementing with anything from bean-sprout soup to grilled mackerel." - Ruth Tobias

Where to Eat Korean Food in Denver | Eater Denver

"It’s a bulgogi-a-go-go at this relatively mellow Havana Street retreat, which offers it not only in the form of beef, pork, chicken or duck for cooking on the grill but also in prepared dishes like the wonderfully aromatic beef bulgogi–octopus hot pot and the squid and pork belly bulgogi stir fry. Though banchan goes well beyond the basics here, the scallion pancake’s worth getting too — eggy-smooth and chock-full of green onion." - Ruth Tobias

Google
They've been around forever, but I feel like no one ever mentions how great it is to have Shin Mying Gwan here! Open until 12AM every single day is crazy! Hard to find food in Colorado that late, let alone Korean BBQ. We swung by around 10:30pm, and they were very sweet! Tasty side dishes, and fantastic meat quality. The interior is also extremely cozy and cute, really reminiscent of classic Korean restaurants. Super homey, and a great vibe for bringing friends late at night.

This is a Korean restaurant and BBQ, the place has cute inside decorations, the waitress lady who helped us is so sweet and friendly too.

Terrible Experience – Dirty, Overpriced, and Awful Service I had one of the worst dining experiences at Shin Myung Gwan. The place was filthy—tables were sticky, the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days, and even the grill area was grimy. For the prices they charge, you’d expect at least a clean environment. The food was bad at best but insanely overpriced for what you get. Definitely not worth the cost. Worst of all, the service was a disaster. The waitresses were inattentive, and acted like they didn’t want to be there. We had to flag someone down multiple times just to get water, and they got our order wrong more than once. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this place was such a disappointment. Would not recommend it to anyone. There are far better Korean BBQ spots out there.

Google
Really enjoyed our visit here. The atmosphere was great with a mix of big groups, couples and individuals. Service was attentive and helpful, providing ideas on what to order. We had pancakes to start and then on to the black goat stew - yum - and bibimbop in the hot stone pot. The pot was extra wide, providing extra area to get that tasty crunch on the rice. The sides were amazing with a mix of standards and some refinements on others. Look forward to coming back to try more.

Google
Fast paced service with exceptional cuts of meat to cook to your hearts delight. Went on a double date and had whole assortments of meat, pork belly spicy and regular, calamari, flank of some sort and a few others. Fun to cook yourself and have with so many different sides!

Google
We’ve been coming here for years and consistently get great food. The barbecue dishes are great and cooked in the middle of your table, but lots more than BBQ! Most of the guests are Korean, but their English is good and the servers very helpful. There are so many dishes. I can’t begin to recommend, but I suggest you be experimental and try something new each time and share dishes, things are served family style. With BBQ you always get panchun, and assortment of side dishes that are really great and always different.

Charissa Samaniego

Google
Honestly worth the price for the Korean barbecue. You get better and thicker cuts of beef and pork belly. It wasn't busy at all, which was weird for a Saturday, but that means we got excellent service.

Celine

Google
This place feels like eating a good homemade meal at your aunty's house. Came for sundubu and tried the bibimbap and kimchi/veggie pancakes as well. Not a fan of the meaty portions in the sundubu but glad it comes in beef because I can't have seafood. The banchan was just right also.

Yelp
Terrible Experience - Avoid This Place We work hard and were looking forward to a nice meal, but our experience here was beyond disappointing. We ordered specific items, but the server brought out more expensive dishes instead--then played dumb when we pointed it out. When we tried to address the issue, instead of making it right, she actually threatened to call the cops on us! We've never experienced anything like this, even after moving to Denver and dining at many restaurants. It was shady, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Yelp
Looking for late night spot- they are open quite late! Service was very welcoming and friendly and the food was good. I think it's some of the best banchan I've had in the area. My soup was tasty and perfectly seasoned for my spice level. I'm looking forward to coming back to try more dishes and their KBBQ! I loved how intimate it felt- at first it was just me dining along at 9:30 but another group came in as well. Definitely a hidden gem tucked away- give them a try.

Yelp
For a Korean person, I think that the seasoning might seem on the stronger side - but I think that it fits with what American people might be looking for. They have good service and a lot of different options. Great place for big groups as they have a lot of seating and you probably will not have a probably with parking here!

Yelp
Our favorite restaurant! The food is incredibly delicious and we had the best service from Mimi. We can't wait to go back again and again!

Yelp
Shin Myung Gwan was a delicious find by my husband on Reddit of all places. We typically do some sort of Asian meal on Christmas Eve so when my husband sent me a few top spots he found on Reddit I knew I wanted to make that happen. We were not disappointed. I'm definitely not a Korean BBQ expert but the Marinated Beef Bulgogi was some of the best I've ever had. It even warmed up well for leftovers. Surprisingly the standout for me of this meal was their rice... I've never had such perfectly fluffy rice before! And you really can't go wrong with all the sides that come with Korean BBQ. Lastly the Homemade Fried Dumplings were spot on as an app since we were getting hungry by the time we arrived. They felt more veggie forward than your typical pork dumplings and I really wasn't mad about it. The combo of pork, veggies/herbs, and seasoning hit all the right notes.

Yelp
It was truly a delight to dine here. I throughly enjoyed the marinated Beef Short Rib, which was especially good when wrapped in lettuce and paired with a side of your choosing and dipped in a soy wasabi mix; such a flavorful combination. The egg was especially good with this concoction. I had never had monkish before and was very surprised how tender and delicious it was in the seafood noodle dish. The marinated Beef Bulgogi was so tasty and had a pleasant little kick of heat. And the cheesy ribs were honestly quite surprising. I didn't expect to see cheese on the menu and only had a little bite due to Hank's daily intolerance but they were great. fell right off the bone. A truly wonderful meal, can't wait to come back.

Yelp
I always get this soup here whenever i'm in the area and without fail it always hits. Esp with the colder weather it warms me to my bones! Its has the perfect level of spice. And so much food comes with it. This place really reminds me of home :..)

Yelp
I made reservations for Tuesday night, and I really didn't need them since it wasn't busy. The service was awesome. Our waitress Han explained the barbecue selection really well, and also kept stopping by to help grill and cut our meats. She was super nice. We ordered the marinated chicken, marinated beef and the ribeye. Everything tasted delicious. They gave us lettuce to make lettuce, wraps, and a bunch of other side dishes as well. The meats were so tender and juicy. My favorite was the marinated beef, but the ribeye was also good. Definitely a good Korean barbecue place.

Yelp
Delicious Korean food. Great service. If you want authentic Korean food and a great family dinner you must come here. Both the bbq and soups and stews are delicious. Definitely my go to Korean spot. I always like to see how good e side dishes are and let me tell you! Yum yum yum - try it out!

Yelp
Fun Fact: Shin Myung Gwan sources ingredients directly from Korea! This local, woman owned spot @onhavanastreet may have Korean BBQ as the main part of their signage, but the menu offers so much more. I had the chance to enjoy these two incredible dishes: * Spicy Steamed Monkfish~there truly was a whole monkfish waiting under that mound of noodles, shrimp, and sprouts. My first time having this type of fish, and it won't be my last! Red Spicy Braised Pork Ribs with mozzarella~fall off the bone, cheesey, spicy goodness! And one of the most fun parts of KBBQ was not overlooked. I love trying all of those house crafted bites! * If you're ready to branch out in your exploration of Korean cuisine, this is the place for you. The owner told us, "This is where the Koreans go for Korean food," which, to me, is the best endorsement around. Plus, the service makes you feel like a regular, which adds to the overall positive atmosphere of this exceptional spot.

Yelp
Just meh! Meat quantity in my bibimbap was negligible! Beef bulgogi was on the salty side. Service was good but honestly I've have better Korean food in Denver.
google avatar

Eric G.

Yelp
I appreciated that they could make the spicy beef & veggie soup not so spicy buy there was hardly any beef in it. I also ordered a Bibimbap to go and there wasn't much beef in that either.

Yelp
I love the Gamjatang (Pork Bone Soup)! Several tasty side dishes accompany your entree. Service was prompt and friendly.

Yelp
Big fans of Korean BBQ here. Have done K-town in LA and been to Seoul as well. Unfortunately, this one was not a good experience. The staff was unhappy at best to see us arrive. Not sure if it was because we came in around 10, or what, but they didn't seem like they wanted to be working. Although the restaurant has call bells, the waitress reacted rudely the one time we used it. The food itself was hit or miss. The marinated galbi was pretty off-tasting, which was unfortunate, while the cucumber kimchi and mandu were excellent. I don't see myself coming back here, unfortunately.

Yes. I WOULD like to eat a Bowl of healthy delights And thank you for serving me food at 11pm!

Yelp
This Korean restaurant is a must visit OnHavanaStreet and in Aurora, CO. This is a destination Korean bbq spot. There are so many Korean restaurants and barbecues in this area, however this is one that most of the Korean community recommends every time I asked where they like to eat when they miss home. This is a restaurant that cooks recipes, uses spices from Korea (owner flies to LA Korean markets or Small towns in Korea to purchase the hard to source spices) and the chef here cooks like your Korean mama or grandma is in the kitchen! The amazing recipes are authentic flavors & I was told by friends in the Korean community that the menu items are more for a Korean family's palate and not Americanized. I had the awesome opportunity to eat here on 5/7/2021. The restaurant was recently closed to survive the pandemic challenges for five months and re-opened on 5/1/2021. Customers were thrilled and craving the delicious eats from their menu. We began our meal with some Mandoo and Korean Kloud beers! Kloud is like a version of Bud Light and a slight bitter after taste like Heineken to me. I grew up in Hawaii and people in Hawaii typically love Bud Light and/or Heineken I loved their Korean dumplings with the beer and the assortment of ban chan. Yum! Also if you ever go to a Korean restaurant you know that the banchan is a huge part of the meal. I loved every bite of every banchan I ate tonight. I really enjoyed their version of kimchi, cucumber, purple sweet potato with honey) and fish cake. I ate all the banchan with my hot rice, which by the way I had to share is so good! Shin Myung Gwan uses the GOOD RICE. This Japanese girl appreciated the quality rice In addition to all the Ban Chan we also enjoyed the BBQ Galbi, LA GALBI, so tasty with thick cuts of short ribs with grilled peppers and onions served on a sizzling hot plate. It's extra tasty when the kitchen GRILLS the meat over the fire and brings the bbq to the table. However it is sometimes fun to grill your own meats at the table too. The owner recommended to order the Agujjim ( Braised Monkfish). The braised monkfish is highly popular in Korea. The white flesh fish was tender, and the crunchy soybean sprouts nicely complemented the fish with a burst of robust flavor! Some say that monkfish is like the poor man's lobster. I don't know if I agree with that, but it was so delicious. The dish also had some muscles and shrimp. The owner recommended that we eat the fish with a little bit of soy sauce and a side of wasabi. So many layers & so many flavors! It was GOOD! To end the delicious feast we enjoyed some Korean coffee. I loved it! This is a restaurant that I will bring more friends and family to. It's a must if you enjoy good, quality and authentic KOREAN bbq and food. This restaurant is also located in the Yale Place shopping center (Havana & Yale) next to Yum Yum Cake and Pastries (Korean bakery) and across from Milkroll Creamery. So after your super full from the Korean bbq feast definitely try to stop by the bakery for some goodies for later or share a rolled ice cream at Milkroll. Both are also awesome and also a couple of my favorites in the area

Yelp
짜증나다. 낙담하다. Disappointed and Frustrated are two words used to describe my latest visit to Shin Myung Gwan BBQ Korean Restaurant on July 3rd, 2023. I've been here multiple times and introduced multiple new families to this restaurant. To be fair, my visits prior to July 3rd were pleasant and I found the food to be fantastic. However, on July 3rd I discovered a major flaw, and that was food consistency. The Pork bulgogi 돼지불고기 in the past was AMAZING; now it's not. It used to be spicy, now it's bland and flavorless. When I asked the server, who I suspect was the owner of the restaurant, why the bulgogi was different, she snapped at me (and I mean SNAPed) and proceeded to tell me it's never changed and perhaps I'm thinking of a "Chinese" restaurant. She basically intimated that I couldn't tell the difference in food or people from Asia. Before and after this interaction, the server was incredibly rude to our entire table; but especially to me. And if you ever got to know us, you'd realize we'd be the last family you'd ever want to be rude too; cause we're nice. (I even debated about writing this review because it feels not nice to do it...) We went to Shin Myung Gwan for my son's 14th birthday. Although I told the server what we were celebrating, she didn't even acknowledge it was his birthday; ever once. I wasn't expecting anything other than for her to say, "Oh, Happy Birthday..." We had a party of 6 and spent over $320 here. Spent $320 for sub-par food, rude service, racist undertones, and lasers blinding me the whole time. I found the whole situation extremely frustrating and will never spend another $ here; I'd encourage you to do the same. If you're looking for Korean food in this area YOU HAVE SO MANY OTHER CHOICES. Don't choose Shin Myung Gwan!!!

Yelp
Within a few steps away, this strip mall has like 2 KOREAN establishments that is always changing in terms of name or ownership. Man, this location changes so much until it spins my head so much... Nevertheless, we went here for Dinner on a Thursday evening. We arrived at Shin Myung Gwan at about 19:00hrs. At first we cannot decide whether we want to do BBQ or NOT. We ask for a BBQ table, the server open the BBQ glass cover and switch on the BBQ. Then once given the Menu and water, and upon reading the Menu, my friend and I decide to order from the kitchen instead. It seems they are indeed unstaffed. Maybe because its new, with the different name new ownership etc. These are the items we ordered from the kitchen : * ENT05 Spicy Seafood Tofu Soup $10.99 * BBQS03 Marinated Beef Short Rib $35.99 The Spicy Tofu Soup is NOT really that SPICY for our taste buds. The broth is so diluted. More like MEH... We would NOT order this dish again from here. Furthermore, the SEAFOOD inside this Spicy Tofu Soup is very limited and is not of good quality. Take note : For this Spicy Tofu Soup, you can have Beef OR Seafood as your option. The Marinated Beef Short Rib was just SEMI-OK. They are NOT really marinated long enough to taste any "marination" sauce etc. For that price aka at $35.99, we expect MORE. In addition to this, the Marinated Beef Short Ribs is really NOT grilled enough back in their Kitchen. Everything is between semi-OK to OK that evening. At our table there is a call button. When we pressed it, our server came to our table. At that hour, there are not many patrons dining in... Did we went for Dinner on their OFF day or was it NOT so many people know about this establishment. Did we order the wrong items in their Menu?? Maybe?? I may return and perhaps order the LA Galbi instead which was my initial option or some other items in their Menu. At least when we ask the staff, when we need more bachan that we like, he will sent it to our table. I like some of the bachan items that evening. After our Dinner, we exchanged some conversations maybe to the Owner. She happened to be at the Front desk, next to the entrance of Shin Myung Gwan. Above anything else, I wish them many more success in their future business undertakings in this Neighborhood. A toss of 2.5 to 3 stars review that evening. Who knows my review might differ when I return for that LA Galbi which has been calling my name ever since I type this review. Shin Myung Gwang is opened DAILY from 11am to 10pm. Do call them in advance in case there are changes with their operating hours. Left Shin Myung Gwang at about 21:30hrs ish. Yelp
Came in and enjoyed one of the their barbecue sets today-Set F with marinated beef short ribs, boneless short ribs galbi, pork belly, kimchi pancakes and spicy tofu soup. The thing I enjoy most is it's a very traditional restaurant. It has not been modified to appeal to the masses. It's also not a large restaurant so the experience is a little more intimate (not in the romantic sense:)). If you are not familiar, Korean bbq is DIY at your table. It comes complete with assorted banchan (sides). Meats were on point with good Korean BBQ establishments. Dipping sauce for the meat was a sesame oil and salt mix and fermented soy bean paste. I found the sesame oil was a perfect compliment to the already marinated short ribs. The paste had more flavor and was perfect for the pork belly. The spicy tofu soup included with the set was delicious! Spicy, flavorful and hearty; tofu was soft and silky. Service was very friendly. Set was $107 and feeds 4 people comfortably. It includes either beer, Korean Soju (similar to Vodka) or soda. Overall, it was a wonderful meal!

Yelp
This place is a hidden jewel on Havana Street. The food is seasoned perfectly. The waitstaff is very attentive and the owner is very nice. I stopped by craving something different and it hit the spot for sure. Enough food for another meal for sure.

Yelp
Best authentic Korean food I've had in a long time. All entrees are served with plentiful side dishes (see my pictures), so you'll never leave hungry. I ordered the Gam Ja Tang, which is spicy potato and pork stew. Every bite was better than the one before. The broth has so much flavor and a great spice kick. The basil flavored meat falls of the bone, and the potato is soft. I definitely recommend this dish for any newcomer to Korean food. The service is super friendly and fast. The restaurant gets a little busy at night but don't worry about lines. Check out my pictures for their dinner specials. Plenty of parking unlike the Korean restaurants on Havana. Check them out!

Yelp
We got the spicy potato and pork soup and the marinated galbi. The marinated galbi was pretty delicious, it was seasoned well and it was pretty tender but I feel like the portions were too small for the price. The spicy potato and pork soup was ok, nothing exciting about it. It wasn't that flavorful but there were a ton of pork in there so they didn't skimp on the meat for that dish. I was pretty excited about coming here due to the reviews but I would say this is an ok restaurant but nothing is special about it. Our server was very sweet and attentive, so service was quite good. Overall, for the price of this place and comparing it to the quality of food, I would say it's overall just ok. Not great, not bad.

Yelp
This is a Korean traditional dining restaurant located in Aurora. My first visit here was almost 7 years ago and it's been a while since i cameback(came back almost at least once or twice in 2 years). They are located right across the street from H-Mart(Korean grocery store) so it is not that hard to find them. They are honestly best known for their Potato&Pork ribs stew('Gamjatang' in Korean) especially among Koreans who understands the food- and other than that, they have a decent bbq. Servers are friendly, despite their language barrier- they really do their best and i think they did a good job. After me and my friends ordered marinated beef shortribs and the bean paste soup, servers stopped by at our table couple of times and made sure things were okay. Honestly, it would have been better if they helped us little bit more with grilling the Korean marinated-meat(it was a gathering in a long while), but the taste of food and the atmostphere covered it up. The restaurant is sectioned and has a good interior for people looking for a private business meeting too. I wish they had some music going on...! If you are really looking for a taste and flavor, i would still recommend them.

Yelp
Excellent Korean barbecue! Best pork belly in town. Cold, crisp and delicious Mul Naengmyeon. Plentiful banchan. A bit on the pricey side, but if you're craving authentic Korean food, this is the place to go.

Yelp
This place was awesome. Yummy food, great service and good portions. We enjoyed it very much!

Yelp
This is a good Korean restaurant. The food is good with wonderful service. I sure want to go back. How good is the service; I forgot to take my leftovers, the waitress ran out from the restaurant under rain and delivered my leftovers. The only one star I took out because it is expensive $$$ to $$$$. Try it at your first payday Good luck

Yelp
With weather getting colder, we wanted to get some hot Korean soup in our bellies. Shin Myung Gwan didn't disappoint -- yukgaejang was spicy and seasoned great, ddukmandoo was super hearty, grilled chicken and kimchi jeon were excellent too. Nice selection of banchan included in the takeout package too. We've never eaten in the restaurant due to COVID but will be sure to when things get back to normal.

Yelp
Black goat stew was the best! The lady who served our table was treating us like our mom all 5 stars deserved!

Yelp
My co-workers and I stopped here for lunch so we could get some Korean BBQ. If you aren't already familiar with Korean BBQ this might be a more difficult experience. I believe we ordered two orders of BBQ to share and it was marinated well and cooked table side. If you aren't familiar with the cooking process, you might be better off letting the servers manage it for you, and they are happy to do this. The Homemade Fried Dumplings are fantastic, honestly, if you are a fan of pan-fried Gyoza wrapped meat, you must give these a try. The variety of sides for the pork was dizzying. Of course, as to be expected the Kimchi was my favorite and the Daikon radish was close runner-up. Of all the sides offered the only one I wasn't a huge fan of was the fish cake. Its texture was chewy/mushy and it tasted like fish oddly enough. Overall, a great lunch, I'm glad we gave this place a try. We did not order the Spicy Steamed Crotch.

Yelp
This place is a really great find, my boyfriend and I tend to eat late and come across this place for the first time and saw they were open late on a weekday, so we decided to try it out. Thank goodness we tried it because it's now our new favorite late night Korean place! We ordered the seafood stew for 2, some beer and soju, which was all fairly priced. The seafood stew had a lot of different seafood and mixed vegetables, plus it had a little kick, which I loved. The service was great, and the Korean side dishes where pretty good quality as well. We even had our own table with high side walls, which makes it feel more private and comfy. I will definitely be going here again soon! Super great find at 11pm at night when you're hungry!

Yelp
I'm from LA so i know Korean food. This place was super authentic and delicious ! Kimchi was fresh and you can tell it is homemade ! Great service and the food was definitely comparable to being back in Los Angeles !

Patti B.

Yelp
Had a few different soups on the menu. About a fifth of the menu items were not available. We ordered the oxtail soup and beef rib soup. Thought both soups were ok but expensive. Don't think we will go back.

Yelp
This place is so good. We came in with a crew of 8, late in the evening and had great service and food. Go on and get yourself some authentic bbq in the Denver area!

Yelp
thanks to tofu house being closed on july 4th, i was forced to look elsewhere for korean food. came across smg and i made the trek from tofu house in 95 degrees weather... but it was the best meal ever! i got the spicy beef veggie soup and it was the best i've ever had. though a bit more salty than i like, but it was still so delicious that i devoured the whole thing. the banchan presentation was awesome, everything came out on a serving tray!! i loved them all except for the sausage. price was extremely reasonable and the owner was super nice and sweet! definitely miss the spicy beef soup now that i'm home :(

Chihchih Y.

Yelp
I haven't been here for a while, thanks for the pandemic. I am so glad they reopen again. They do change the menu a little bit but food still delicious . In addition to the dishes i usually order, this time i also try spicy pork ribs on hot stone pan. It does have some vages, rice cake, and cheese on the top. Meat is so tender, and flavorful. I would say it is at medium spicy level. i love spicy so it is perfect spicy level. Lol

Myagmarzul U.

Yelp
This is the only korean place to eat! I love spicy beef tofusoup and korean bbq. Service is excellent, food is super delicious. The place is big and enough seats. You dont have to wait, just go inside and dine in!

Carla H.

Yelp
Very rude lady im not sure if she is the owner! these place the recipe is not consistent every time you go there! No matter how much tip you give they don't care they are just rude

Yelp
This is the second time we've tried going in a whole hour before close but they told us that they can't serve us because the kitchen is already closed. I'm not sure if they just always close early or if they're just lazy and in a hurry to leave their jobs, but the least they could do is change their closing time to an earlier hour. Can't say much about the food but service seems to be substandard Please update your yelp page

Yelp
Really wanted to like this place but it was meh. Pros: tasty beef ribs, although the LA Galbi tasted really strange and sour, like it had gone rancid. Good soup. Good sides. Pleasant service. Not crowded. Cons: ordered two orders of bbq meat but they sent me three and charged me for three. Not sure how they came up with the extra order. I decided not to argue about it but still it was irritating to have to pay $40 extra that I did not plan to pay. I should have realized that they were sending me 3 orders but I didn't say anything because two orders seemed too small (on one plate) so I thought the 2nd plate was part of the two orders. Absolutely disgusting mochi ice cream. It must have been in their freezer for months!! Decided not to argue but still feeling irritated that this was the second item I ordered that was absolutely revolting. Disappointed.

Yelp
It was a nice surprise to find a korean restaurant that is authentic in colorado. We ordered bulgogi, pork belly, kimchi pancake, japchae. I liked the ajummas making sure we got everything we needed and well taken care of instead of some hipster servers trying to be cool. Also liked the korean songs playing at the background. Overall it was a good experience.

Yelp
Wonderful Restaurant! The short rib is the absolute best I have ever have! The service is great, and all of the side dishes make it feel like a feast!

Yelp
Amazing experience in Shin Myung! My boyfriend and I are profoundly thankful for our waitress (SUPER sweet lady) for helping us with the menu and cooking the meat to perfection. We are from Florida and this is by far the best Korean BBQ place I've ever tried, service, food, and wonderful company.

Yelp
Very flavorful authentic Korean Cuisine and very clean! I've been here twice now but, it was about four years ago. The restaurant offers a "button"on the wall or on the table so you can push it when you need service. This is really cool! I didn't remember that. You can dine privately without people swarming around you and have good conversations. The tables are set for intimate dinning for families , couples or if you're by yourself. The kimchee's they offer are delicious. If you like "Beef" it's on every page. I don't eat it anymore since I traveled to India. We ordered the "Chicken" all ready cooked since I had my son with me and we were tired from the Zoo. I ordered the side dish of Kimchee Pancakes, very tasty and crispy good. Make sure to ask for the hot tea, they serve it in large water glasses. They also offer a large variety of Asian beers and some domestic.

Yelp
We went in late yesterday and ordered 2 soups, kimchi pancake and a rice cake dish. Everything was amazing. The flavors were strong and everything was fresh. The hostest checked on us regularly. A little bit on the expensive side, but overall it was totally worth it

Yelp
One day I stopped by made couple carry out orders. They told me that food will be ready in 30minutes. I paid and then stepped out. After about 30minutes when I came back to pick up my order, it turns out that they completely forgot my order.

Yelp
My debit card was charged $10 more than I authorized! Not happy at all!! Had a simple lunch for $27, add $5 as tip. I authorized $32 to my debit card, but late found out $42 was charged by the restaurant. Called the bank to file a claim.

Yelp
The food was very good quality. Everything tasted just like my mom used to make. Each and every panchang dish was delicious and I got no hint that anything was stale or old. The kimchi jeon was crispy and delicious, the duk guk soup was perfect and so was my girlfriends spicy seafood doenjang. Service was also super nice and friendly. Can't wait to go back. It was a little on the expensive side though but like I said, it was high quality Korean food.

Yelp
This food is pretty mediocre, it wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. We got the hot pot. The reason I'm giving this two stars is the fact that there are cockroaches in this place. Saw one under our table moving.

Yelp
Beef rib soup had no taste and smelled like they cooked intestants to make broth. My husband ordered beef spicy soup and it had kimchi, still lacked flavor big time, it was like kimchi thrown into water with random beef pieces, no broth flavor. The boneless bbq came a very small portion, and its not cheap, $20+ . If we didn't have soups, we would have needed 2 orders of bbq dishes for sure. Pan chan was very basic and meh. People r nice and served fast. I don't think the food was worth the money paid.
