Yelp
tldr: Solid brisket, great accompaniments. Public Citizen Market is always a treat to visit. I can't wait to come back to try the rest of the menu.

Food
The menu here is pretty small - brisket only and you can get a combo plate, loaded nachos, or a sandwich.
DineLA special - basically same as Brisket plate but it comes with a bit less meat and with a biscuit :)
Potato salad - 4/5
Solid mash, lots of flavor. A bit too much mustard for me though.
Brisket - 4/5
All the qualities of a great brisket: fork tender, well rendered, good bark. Lots of great things to say about it. If you like brisket, come here, you'll like this for sure.
Pickles - 4/5
More Japanese style pickled cucumber than traditional American dill pickles (which I strongly dislike). They were really tasty and not at all vinegary. As much as I did enjoy them, I am not sure how well it goes with the more traditional American BBQ. Eating it with a chicken rice bowl though, YUM.
Chimichurri - 4/5
They recommended the chimichurri as a side for the brisket and it's a great chimichurri. But similar to my note about the pickles, as great as the sauce is by itself, I am not sure I would pair it again with the rest of the meal. Meanwhile, if it was served with some Argentinian asado... I'd probably be drinking this stuff by the gallon.
Rice and Beans - 4.5/5
My favorite side (the biscuit is a very close second). If I could buy a 1-2 pounds of it, I would stock it up in my fridge and eat all week long. So much flavor, perfectly cooked. The texture wasn't soft or mushy and I liked the bite.
Biscuit - 4.5/5
This place is next door to Go Go Bird and walking distance from Honey's Kettle which have absolutely top-tier biscuits yet this place keeps up. I honestly can't pick a favorite and it's weird to say but if you like biscuits, Culver City is the hands-down best place to get them anywhere in SoCal (RIP All Day Baby in Silver Lake which was biscuit in contention outside of Culver City).

Service & Experience
Friday February 7th at 4PM. Came solo for a quick bite and there was no line so they assembled my food pretty quickly and I was ready to dig in.
They were super friendly and we had a nice chit chat while they were preparing the food.

Ambiance & Parking
It's in a food hall with no dedicated seating but you can sit inside, you can sit outside, you can sit on the roof. There's a lot of options here.
As for parking, there are many public structures close by. Some have the first hour free then it's like a $1-$2 per hour
thereafter with a $12 max.
