Hands down one of the top culinary experiences I've had anywhere in the world. From the moment you step foot on the grounds of Stush, you feel welcome with warmth, joy and the passion put into making this project come to life.
The place itself is beautiful, with very particular details on every single decor piece and setting in place. Everything is carefully thought of and picked with love and purpose. From the stunning pieces that adorn the table setting to the cozy hanging chair near the bar, the ambiance and vibe created is unmatched. I felt like I walked right into a pinterest dream mood board.
When it comes to the food, you can only prepare to be amazed by the unthinkable. With some creativity and inspiration from past travels, magic is brought from the imagination right to your palate and plate.
Some of the combinations of food you hear about is unheard of and the fact that it is 100% plant-based completely blows my mind. The highlight of the experience for me definitely had to be the amazing food served. The freshness and quality is there. I loved the Jamaican mezze, just as much as I loved the hot sauces made in-house (love that the first ingredient is love), and the mains served. My favourite had to be the Callaloo dip and the jackfruit and breadfruit tostada.
Stush in the bush offered me one of the top experiences I could never forget.
