"Taïm remains a lunchtime GOAT during the Dupont lunch rush. The food, think Mediterranean Chipotle, is incredibly appealing to look at it though we admit the ordering part can get a little overwhelming since bowls are made-to-order and there are so many proteins (falafel, meatballs, kebabs), vegetables (pickled cabbage, marinated tomatoes, smoked eggplants), and sauces (spicy green chile, harissa, whipped garlic) to choose from. But in all honesty, it’s nearly impossible to make the wrong choice, everything is just that good." - Omnia Saed
"Braised lamb sabzi with cumin-seed rice, from Einat Admony (Taïm, Balaboosta)." - Hannah Goldfield
"Taim’s Nolita location has very few seats (and they’re all backless stools). All this means you can enjoy your tabouli salad and falafel platter in the privacy of your own home or desk. The Israeli food is reliably good, and most of it is more exciting than what you’ll get at other fast-casual places in the area. photo credit: Noah Devereaux" - Hannah Albertine
"In 2005, she opened Taïm on Waverly Place in the West Village; the hole-in-the-wall had a lean five seats. 'I never thought I would open,' she admits. 'It’s fast-casual falafel [restaurant].'" - The MICHELIN Guide
"Einat Admony also owns longtime fast-casual falafel hit Taïm, which is in the midst of an ambitious expansion plan." - Kayla Kumari Upadhyaya
