The 14 Best Restaurants In Brickell

"Take Hillstone, slam it into an American bistro, and you’ve got The Henry. The menu is designed to cast a very wide net of appeal: pretzels with fondue, bolognese, and short rib potstickers all coexist. The food isn’t going to blow anyone away, but it’s solid and consistent. Wood, leather, and green accents make it feel like a restaurant that could exist in any major east coast city. So is coming here worth getting lost in the parking underbelly of Brickell City Centre? We think so. It’s a good lunch or dinner option for indecisive people." - ryan pfeffer, virginia otazo, mariana trabanino

Tried brunch and dinner here a few times, and both were very good! Gnocchi with Bay scallops was so tasty a bit spicy and definitely unique. Quiche is great, and so are all other dishes. They offer indoor seating in the main area and also have a few cute tables by the bar area. And also a couple outside seating areas. Will be back!

The food was yummy, just not extraordinary. The best thing was the cinnamon French toast! The atmosphere is very inviting and great for a brunch with friends.

The Henry in Brickell: Where Culinary Excellence Meets Unmatched Hospitality. Nestled in the vibrant heart of Brickell, The Henry is more than just a restaurant it’s a destination for anyone craving elevated modern American cuisine paired with top-tier service. From start to finish, this dining experience exceeded every expectation. Our evening began with a warm welcome from Ike, the manager, who immediately set the tone for a memorable night. He greeted us with glasses of champagne and guided us to a beautifully situated table that perfectly captured the restaurant’s elegant yet inviting atmosphere. It was clear from the outset that hospitality is at the core of The Henry’s ethos. Then came Luca, our server, whose expertise and genuine enthusiasm elevated our experience even further. With his thoughtful guidance, we navigated the menu with ease, making decisions that truly aligned with our tastes. His attention to detail and personable approach made us feel not just cared for but celebrated. As for the food, it was nothing short of spectacular. Each dish from the appetizers to the dessert was a masterclass in flavor, creativity, and presentation. Every bite showcased the restaurant’s commitment to quality and innovation, offering a perfect harmony of modernity and comfort. The service was impeccable swift, attentive, and always with a smile. Not once did we feel rushed, yet everything arrived at just the right time, allowing us to savor the experience fully. We left The Henry already planning our return, excited to explore their renowned brunch and more of the enticing menu. If you find yourself in Brickell and are unwilling to settle for anything less than excellence, The Henry is your answer. And when you go, tell them Flavia sent you it’s a recommendation you won’t regret!

Call 🤙🏻 the Henry from 4 to 7 to catch up with a cheerful happy hour gathering. The London 💂vibes are up and the chills of a relaxing atmosphere start to flow as soon as you step into this posh gathering spot. The bar 🍸🍹area is open as well as covered, to cozy you up depending if you are hot or cold, it depends if you want to blend within the Brickell City Center vibes or a more European feeling thanks to the stylish decor. And like the most happy saying states, gear up to order the following from their happy hour menu, as this review is all about it: - start with their famous recipe 🥨PRETZELS & PROVOLONE FONDUE, the bread is toasted on the outside and warm and fluffy on the inside, perfect to dip in the fondue cheese style, that‘s creamy enough to squeeze in every bite of bread! - leave room for their SPICY 🐠TUNA & CRISPY RICE with Fresno chile, avocado, cilantro, scallion, sweet soy, and yeap crispy enough to crunch in each bite. The creaminess of the tuna mix and its sour-sweet taste make it a remarkable option you don't want to miss. - the SHORT RIB 🍖 POTSTICKERS with toasted sesame, cilantro, and ponzu are tender enough to absorb their signature sauce. And of course, there is no happy hour without Espresso ☕️ Martinis on the menu! Perfectly balanced with the vodka and coffee roast. So cheer up for this Miami posh getaway experience.

My fiancée decided to bring me for my first time to The Henry to celebrate my birthday & our overall experience was a 10/10. From the moment we arrived to the restaurant we were greeted by the lovely host & were well taken care of by Victoria, she has an amazing personality & was attentive at all times. The managers Ike & EZ were extremely hospitable & made sure that if we needed anything to reach out to them. Chef Sean even passed by the table to present an appetizer that was so delicious. They all truly made it an amazing all around experience & birthday. We will definitely be returning sometime in the near future.

I was invited to brunch here recently along with a party of 10 colleagues. The biggest rose, or highlight, for me was the Wildflower- a magical concoction of espresso, vanilla, chai and steamed milk that I would love to have daily! One of the best drinks I’ve ever had. The roasted turkey and egg white omelette was also wonderful. The central location for this bespoke establishment was beautiful for people watching and also offered incredible high end shopping options right outside the front door. The interior was spacious with a variety of seating options and there were clean restroom facilities available. Last, but not least, there was ample parking available in a paid lot across the street. If I lived nearby, I guarantee I would not be able to stay away from the walk-up window option where I would absolutely be ordering the Wildflower.

An amazing experience. Our server, Lina, was extremely attentive and amicable, as well as the rest of the staff. We received complimentary champagne to top off our lovely Valentine’s Day lunch. In addition, the food was excellent, the molten butter cake was the highlight of the afternoon. Will 100% go back and The Henry will be one of the restaurants I recommend to everyone.

Google
Me and my mom stopped in here for a quick cocktail and we were more than satisfied! We sat at the bar and were waited on by a lovely staff. I had the Amalfi Spritz and the Matcha and Lavender Tea cocktail and both were phenomenal! Lots of fresh ingredients at the bar too.

Yelp
Shout out our amazing waitress Victoria she had no problems giving my brother with Down syndrome three ketchups when he requested them. Burger was fantastic.

Yelp
Such a great place for lunch ! Their food is just so good . We love splitting the chicken avocado salad, which is a must if you love flavor! It's packed full of bacon, lettuce, tomato, chicken, avocado, with a sprinkling of blue cheese. So yummy with the amount of light dressing. Their Bacon is so delicious and really elevates the salad. We also share the grilled chicken club is full of flavor as well. It's too much food for the two of us, but we can never come here and not get the salad!!! I also tried their strawberry mint drink today and it was so refreshing. If you're looking for quality food and an easy lunch spot, check out The Henry. The other nice thing is it's attached to the Brickell city center so you can walk off your food around the mall afterwards or around the city!

Yelp
TL/DR: overpriced. I stopped by the Henry in Brickell for some sustenance after drinks elsewhere and scored a seat outside. Pasta is supposedly good after drinks so I ordered their wagyu bolognese and iced tea. It was mostly like a Mac and cheese with the meat sauce on what I'd say barely one third of the plate. The plate was smallish enough that even though I ordered extra sauce I was about done with the pasta. Add in the automatic gratuity and whatever they added for the bolognese and my late night bite turned is $50. The server only checked in as I was finishing. No major complaints on the taste but the upcharge and portion size left a bad taste in my mouth.

Yelp
The Henry was a great brunch experience with a warm, inviting atmosphere and attentive service. We originally sat outside to enjoy the great weather but as Florida would have it, dark clouds started rolling in and we were quickly relocated to a booth inside. We ordered the umami Brussels sprouts for the table and they were some of the best I've ever had--perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. I also ordered the flower child scramble as my entree, which was enjoyable, though I did wish it was served a bit hotter. The accompanying potatoes were good but came out a tad too crunchy for my taste. Overall, despite these small quirks, every dish showcased creative flavor combinations and quality ingredients. If you're ever in downtown Miami, The Henry truly stands out as a must-visit spot! The location is also superb as its walking distance from many shops and other restaurants.

Yelp
The drinks here are always delicious! The short rib is delicious as well, and the service is great - they were able to accommodate us moving outside when my puppy was overwhelmed

Yelp
Spent a day in Brickell just before our cruise out of the Port of Miami. Used Yelp to find a restaurant near where we were staying and found the Henry. We were not disappointed. Securing an early reservation due to a long day of traveling, we were seated promptly. Our waitress, Gaby was attentive and provided great service. Ike, the manager, also spend time with us. We started our meal with the beef short rib pot stickers which is a house specialty and were fantastic. My wife had one of the bowls for her meal and I had the seared Ahi tuna. My meal had lots of vegetables over rice with a spicy coconut sauce. Exceptional. We paired the meal with a Super Tuscan that was reasonably priced. For desert, we had the molten butter cake, which had a nice crisp to it with caramel sauce and ice cream. All in all a pleasant find.

Yelp
The Henry has an amazing location right underneath the Brickell City Center. I've gone twice, once for brunch and once for happy hour. I have not really been impressed with the food either times- it's not bad but I wouldn't recommend The Henry for out of town guests visiting Miami. The happy hour drinks are great, and the servers have always been kind, but a bit slow and forgetful at times. I've never ordered from their walkup coffee bar but it is such a cute touch! My friend says that their chocolate chip cookies are to die for, so I will be back to pick one up!
google avatar

Frank B.

Yelp
This is a classy busy place. The old fashion for happy hour was $12 and worth the cost. Drinks are very good but the pour on a net whisky was not a heavy one. I would expect for $17 you would get a splash extra. Other than that this was a great experience. The bartender was nonstop busy but still found the time to get to us often.
google avatar

Zaneta R.

Yelp
This time around I enjoyed the service , mocktails, and food. I appreciate the bartender for being open to exploring mocktail suggestions. I do like That there is ample amount of seating for happy hour !

Yelp
This place really surprised me. I was expecting a basic dining experience, but I thought that the food was better than expected. I ordered the chicken and one of the salads, which were delicious. The chicken was very juicy and cooked perfectly. I also had a very tasty sangria. I went for my birthday and they brought out sparklers, a great dessert and two free drink vouchers. This made the dinner special and was very nice. Overall, my experience was great, and I will definitely make sure to go back.

Yelp
Came here for dinner with my sister. We were at the putt shack at Brickell city Center and one of the servers recommended this place. I quickly made reservations online. It was a short walking distance through the city within the Brickell city center. The host was nice and said us quickly. The server was intensive and informative. I had the penne al vodka which was delicious and my sister had the Wagyu Bolognese flavorful. We also had the triple fries and dumplings for starters, which was pretty good.
google avatar

Nicholas C.

Yelp
Great spot for brunch, nice decor and pleasant music. Burger was pretty good also ordered steak and eggs. Definitely want to check out the dinner menu for some pastas next time.

Yelp
Let me say kudos to The Henry for responding to their website feedback within minutes! They responded and wanted to get this right, so they had me back the next day on them. As I stated, some of the friendliest team members are at this restaurant from the management to the serving team. In addition, I had the short rib potstickers, the sprouts and squash salad with salmon and shrimp, and the butter cake to go. Food was fantastic and service was on point. Highly recommend, and I will return.
google avatar

Danielle G.

Yelp
The service on the patio was not the best, there was water dripping from above, a big gush of cold air every time the opened causing us to switch seats twice. Once seated the overall service was slow. Took a while to get drink orders, then to come back and get food orders. Once the food arrived, everything was much better. I was blown away by the Waygu pasta. It was the perfect combination of red and cream sauce. The noodles were perfectly hand made and the meat was tender. I would absolutely love to return and have been thinking about the dish since I had it.

Yelp
Nice place for lunch if you are at Brickell citi place. The decor is nice and modern, the staff was friendly and the food was good. Everything you need all in one place

Yelp
I am updating my review because the happy hour at The Henry is amazing. They have a selection of cocktails that are priced at $12. I opted for the dirty martini which was great. My friend got an espresso martini. We shared spicy tuna crispy rice and guac, each were also $12. The wines by the glass are $10 and beer is $7 Monday - Friday from 3 pm - 7 pm. I loved sitting at the bar and our bartender was super nice. Would definitely add this to my happy hour rotation as the variety of bites and sips make for a solid happy hour spot.

Yelp
First time visiting the Henry and I loved it. Very cute restaurant in the heart of brickell. I had brunch and it was very tasty, the eggs benedict one of the best I had in a long time. The service was quick and verg nice waiter. I would go back and try the dinner plates next time!

Yelp
Terrific food and service at an outpost of a pub style chain in Miami's swankiest shopping mall. 5 star food: I had something called a harvest bowl salad that was pricey but could be the best salad I've ever had, in life. Grilled sweet potatoes cauliflowers quinoa and all sorts of other things including spicy hummus. It was pretty amazing. 5 star service: front front desk to bar to sever everyone was friendly fast and helpful. Especially for an upscale location, there was not a hint of 'tude. 5 star ambience: I'm already pre-sold on Brickell City Center...I love the place. This particular restaurant has a bustling corner first floor facing the street but also quiet outdoor seating in interior courtyard of the mall itself. It was just the right mixture of quiet and bustle.

Dan C.

Yelp
Great spot in the heart of Brickell. Sat at the bar for a quick bite and a drink. Bartender was friendly and attentive. Had a salad with steak which was the perfect light meal for later in the evening. Definitely worth checking out!

Yelp
I was very disappointed with my second visit to this restaurant. My first experience shortly after they opened was good, so I decided to give them another try for lunch. Unfortunately, it was a mistake. I ordered the Korean Steak, priced at $43, and was expecting something remarkable. When the first dish arrived, I was shocked at how small the portion was. While the steak initially looked decent, it was overcooked. The waiter apologized, and 20 minutes later, a replacement arrived. This time, the steak was noticeably thinner, mostly fat, and even less appealing. At that point, I was too hungry and frustrated to send it back again, so I ate what little I could. Sadly, I left both hungry and regretful, having spent $55 on a meal that fell far short of expectations. For a dish at this price point, I expected much better quality and consistency. Needless to say, If I were to return it would be to have a few drinks in a nice ambiance but not to eat.
google avatar

Yelp
This restaurant EXCEEDED my expectations! Truly blown away, located in the Brickell mall, I didn't expect it to be as good as it was! Once you step inside the establishment you forget you're in a mall! The decor is stunning and the dim lights make it the perfect place for a night with friends, or a sexy date night! Everything from the staff to the food was fantastic! The oysters were fresh, the steak was juicy and the in house desserts were to die for! If you ever find yourself wanting a delicious meal with exceptional service, The Henry is the place!

Yelp
Wasn't able to do Miami Spice last year, so I decided to make up for it this year by doing several. This place was one of them, and if you got a big appetite, this spot is for you. The dish portions here are nice, and so are the drinks. One thing about going out to restaurants is feeling like you got your "bang for your buck" and they do that here. Loved the Rigatoni Alla Vodka, wasn't too heavy after the Crispy Rice but filling in the best way, and that dessert was awesome. Low-key would slide through just for that - with a good drink I'd call that a night cap. They got a meatier pasta dish that I want to go back for too. I would say this a nice pit stop after a day of shopping, which we all know makes us hungry! Satisfy that craving here.
google avatar

Mingo M.

Yelp
Had an amazing time at The Henry in Brickell City Centre! The vibe is stylish yet cozy, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and flavorful, and everything we tried was on point. Perfect place for a great meal and drinks. I'll definitely be back!
google avatar

Yelp
I love the ambiance here. The food is decent but I do feel it's a bit overpriced for the quality.

Yelp
Great food Terrific service Gorgeous location and chill atmosphere makes for a great evening.

Yelp
Wonderful brunch spot with 10/10 service. The ambiance is bright, inviting, and thoroughly enjoyable. Great timing on service, excellent selection of classic meals, and great coffee.

Yelp
The food was SPECTACULAR! Like we always say, kids have the food another 5 star rating! Service as usual exemplar, the ambience this time was a little silent usually it's packed, but keep in mind it's Sunday and 5 o'clock... but no complaints here! The Manager was so sweet and came by to check up on us and had the warmest smile. It's always a pleasure to come back to THE Henry! If you try something... remember the CHOCOLATE FUDGE TORT! It's the most exquisite treat in the universe!
google avatar

Olga P.

Yelp
We visited during the week while our kids were at a concert. Great service from the hostess to the server. Kind, patient and great recommendations. The cocktails were tasty and fresh and the meal was delicious and well prepared. We had an Espresso Martini - strong and not too sweet and the perfect amount of foam on top - yum!!! The Ginger Blackberry Marg was sweet but refreshing and for someone who rather not taste too much alcohol it does the job. The Brussels Sprouts are a must have. A nice umami flavor and the right amount of crispiness. The Rigatoni A La Vodka was a creamy, delicious, generous portion and the Roasted Chicken was not a boring piece of bird. Lovely crisp skin and juicy chicken it was exactly what you should get if you don't want to blow your diet but still want something yummy. Would definitely return and look forward to maybe getting there during Happy Hour. Cheers!!

Yelp
Food was super good and the drinks delicious too. The atmosphere was enjoyable with a large inside and outside patio as well. Service was good and attentive. They did a sparkler and candle for our friends bday as well. The Brie toast app was very good!
google avatar

Solange S.

Yelp
I had the harvest bowl and added grilled salmon. A side of truffle fries. The food was delicious and filling, the staff is super friendly and helpful. I love to dine here for lunch or dinner.

Yelp
Stopped by this restaurant as we were at Brickell city center. The restaurant is a great breakfast/lunch spot with lots of coffee options. The restaurant is very chic with an upscale breakfast vibe. The service was really quick and our waitress was friendly. I ordered the chai latte which was very delicious. I also ordered the avocado toast with aged shredded Parmesan on top and cage free egg on top. The avocado was a creamy dream and the egg complimented the sandwich. I truly enjoyed my breakfast. Can't wait to come back
google avatar

Spencer S.

Yelp
Love this place. Great mini chain. I've been to the location in Dallas many times. This place is just as good. I chose to order takeout since I was in a pinch time-wise. Ordered the seeds and sprouts salad and topped it with salmon. Expensive, but very very good salad. You pick it up at the coffee counter. Wish the salmon was a little bigger Staff is always nice. I ordered a large cappuccino and it was very good.
google avatar

Yelp
I can't rave enough to people about The Henry. It is the perfect lunch spot for me in the Brickell/Downtown area. The menu has lots of options for varying tastes and the service has been top notch at every visit. I brought my mom here for a weekday birthday lunch and they even had a birthday card at the table when we arrived. The attention to detail with service is impressive here. The food is solid. I've had things I've enjoyed and items that were good, but not great. My favorite, must-order item is the crusty bread and pesto. It's so simple, but so delicious. I also enjoyed the brussel sprouts, their wagyu cheeseburger, and the molten butter cake. Solid choice for lunch or dinner in this area, and I will definitely be back.
google avatar

Melanie G.

Yelp
Came here to celebrate Father's Day and had such a lovely experience. Although we were a large party, the service was excellent and everything went smoothly. The food was great! l loved my breakfast bowl which had a quinoa egg scramble. Definitely different and delicious! I especially loved their speciality coffees. The restaurant is gorgeous and located perfectly within Brickell City Center. I would come back to enjoy their lunch menu.
google avatar

Brenda B.

Yelp
The service really is not good at this place and the food is underwhelming. I did enjoy the dessert. I expected more considering the competition nearby is top notch.
google avatar

Brittney K.

Yelp
Went for a quick lunch between classes. The service was great; food was really good. The vibe is very relaxing and not too noisy despite being in the Brickell Shopping center. Cannot wait to go back.
google avatar

Yelp
Foot, drinks, and service all top notch. Great happy hour from 3-7 pm! Go early to get a seat but there is both inside and outside seating.

Yelp
Our recent family brunch experience at "The Henry" was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, it was evident that we were in for a memorable dining experience. The quality of the food, the top-notch service, and the inviting ambiance all combined to make it a delightful outing. To start, we ordered the Spicy Tuna and Crispy Rice, and it set the tone for what turned out to be an extraordinary meal. The texture of the tuna and the seasoning were truly excellent, demonstrating the chef's skill in balancing flavors and textures. Alongside this, we also indulged in the truffle fries and guacamole, both of which were exquisite. The truffle fries were perfectly crispy with just the right hint of truffle, while the guacamole was fresh and bursting with vibrant flavors. Moving on to the main course, I decided to try the Wagyu Bolognese. It, too, was excellent, but if I had one small critique, it would be that the portion size could have been a tad more generous. Nonetheless, the flavors and the preparation were spot on, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to delivering a satisfying dining experience. The standout feature of our visit, though, was the impeccable service. We were fortunate to have two different servers attending to our table, and they provided service that was both friendly and stellar. Their constant check-ins and attentiveness added to the overall enjoyment of our meal. It was evident that the staff at "The Henry" takes pride in making guests feel welcome and well-cared for. Our brunch at "The Henry" was a memorable and delightful experience. The restaurant offers a wonderful ambiance, fantastic food, and exceptional service. Although I would have appreciated a slightly larger portion for my main course, it did not diminish the overall enjoyment of our visit. We left with a strong desire to return soon for another brunch at "The Henry." It's a testament to the establishment's ability to consistently deliver a top-notch dining experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a special culinary adventure.

Yelp
Food good and service great (thanks Rossi!). Right by Brickell city center. Will be back
google avatar

Yelp
Went back for dinner when the parents were in town, and had another solid experience. Their food is consistent and tasty. Still love those Brussels sprouts. Service is quick and pleasant and you can't beat the location for people watching but also getting the cozy vibes in their dimly lit dining room. Have yet to be disappointed here!
google avatar

Natalia A.

Yelp
Loved the ambiance, service and drinks of The Henry. The location is also fantastic, as is the decor. The food was pretty good not great. I came for brunch and would want to come back and try other meal times/offerings. I will say the brioche bread pudding was delicious and definitely would recommend the cafecito martini.

Yelp
Came here for my birthday and had a nice dinner. The potstickers are so dang good-- wow! I had the salmon with cauliflower and that was also good. One glass of wine was enough for two lol. Waiter was extremely helpful and hostess was very welcoming. The energy of the restaurant was welcoming. Didn't feel pretentious like many Brickell restaurants and still classy and intimate. I'll be returning soon :)
google avatar

Yelp
Had the most exciting brunch here not too long ago! It was during the filming of the new bad boys 4 movie so we got to see all the cool shots being taken from outside our window not to mention how lovely our waiter was informing us on the celebrities that had come in to get coffee and all the fun facts they had learned on their shift. We also took some great pictures and videos, while we waited for our food which even for being so busy they were able to bring out quickly. The food was absolutely delicious and i'm a sucker for a good and tasty avocado toast. This place has quickly become my new favorite brunch spot!
google avatar

Yelp
Great brunch place in Brickell City. Food was good and tasteful. We had the wagyu burger which was excellent. I was a little disappointed because I added egg and avocado to the burger but the kitchen forgot to include it. Regardless it was very good! Drinks were great! Presentation and taste five stars. Service was very good and waitress was very knowledgeable of menu items and gave excellent recommendations. Parking - keep in mind this is in Brickell City Center, highly recommend you use the garage parking the restaurant is right next to one of the escalators. The ambiance is very active and great to sit outside and enjoy the views of Brickell City Center.

Yelp
Love the window feature and the opportunity to grab a quick coffee on the go. Iced almond milk latte with hazelnut was good.

Yelp
We went to The Henry for our Anniversary, something a little more lowkey than in previous years. We were greeted by the manager who sat us at a table and offered some bubbly to celebrate. Our server was wonderful and offered recommendations, which were fantastic. Pictures below for almost everything, my husband ate the crab cake before I could get a photo. Everything we ate was delicious and the service was excellent. We wanted low key but felt special. Thank you for a wonderful celebratory dinner.

Yelp
Just left the Henry a few minutes ago. I went to the coffee bar to pick up coffee and a cookie and their was a gentleman who attended us that was so rude. We were ordering a coffee and asked him if we could make it iced and he looked at me with a blank stare like if my question was stupid and doesn't say a word... I was so confused that I go. "Yes?" And then he confirms and kinda just continues. He makes the coffee and give us the coffee and forgot to give us the cookie. We then ask him for the cookie and he says "yeah, you can grab it." I was just so confused as to why he was so rude for no reason when my order was so simple. Passive aggressive for no reason. I will never go back.

Yelp
We had a great late lunch at The Henry. I had The Spicy cocktail, the table split the guacamole and truffle fries, and i got the chicken and avocado salad. Everything was excellent! Paying was also very user friendly for a large group as the receipt provided a QR code to allow groups to split items, which was very helpful!

Yelp
Food, ambiance, service - does not get better than The Henry. I know I keep saying it, but they just do it right here. As many of you guys know by now the blue cheese olives are my favorite in the city. I thought they would run out by the time I arrived. However, they chose to hand pump my olives with my favorite blue cheese for me. I had two friends in town that were celebrating their anniversary. The Henry made it so special, pretzel rolls with the fondue like sauce, the short rib dumpling, the spicy, tuna crispy rice and more ... everyone was absolutely blown away. I fan girl this spot HARD. Clearly.
