"If the name of this Disney Springs destination doesn't warrant your attention, its waterfront setting and soulful cooking will do the trick. The space is casual with an industrial vibe; guests may order at the counter or large, full-service bar to avoid a wait—et voilà —everything is magically delivered to your table. Exposed ductwork, a glassed-in kitchen and "farmer's market" sign put diners in the mood for rustic-meets-contemporary food, complete with condiments aplenty. Flavors are nuanced yet balanced in these dishes. Meat reigns supreme on the menu and there's no going wrong with the brisket—sliced thin, black pepper-rubbed and served with sides like creamy potato salad.Beers and cocktails, like the Texas tea, are available on draft." - Michelin Inspector

Pretty good food! The pulled pork sandwich could have used more meat, but the brisket and fried chicken has a LOT. The brisket was much fattier than I prefer so half of it got tossed aside. The pretzel was good but the cheese and mustard were not. Overall, good experience!

Google
This place was absolutely fantastic. If you love BBQ then check this place out. I had the low and slow Brisket sandwiches which was amazing. The onion straws and Jalapeños were great addition to the sandwich. My wife and daughter ended up getting the pulled pork sandwich which they said was very good. My son got the pretzel with beer cheese. He loved it. I had some of it and he t was so buttery and the cheese was very good. Drink were great as well. The different sauces were very tasty along with french fries. Will visit again for sure!!

We ate dinner here while on vacation at Disney, this is located in Disney springs. it was very busy, and I know why. The food is so good! I will definitely be back and I wish I had one where I live. I got Layla’s ribs the ribs were delicious the barbecue sauce was perfect, the coleslaw was perfect. Everyone I was with loved their food. I loved it so much I bought a shirt. The brussels sprouts were the bomb!

Honestly, this is not a place I would return to when at Disney Springs. I was interested after seeing good reviews and the Michelin recognition, however my dining did not meet my expectations. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich which was incredibly disappointing. The chicken itself was a massive piece of mostly fat and tons of fried pieces, but little actual meat. Visually, I could not discern much of what I was eating as it was all concealed under a thick layer of barbecue sauce, which wasn’t bad but it was overall just a lot. The sandwich was also much too big to eat as an actual sandwich, what I ordered. Instead, I had to use a fork and knife to attempt to get each bite. I gave up halfway through and tossed it as it was mostly fatty bits anyway. I tried the sides of Mac and cheese and brussel sprouts. The Mac and cheese was great, I have no complaints. The brussel sprouts were a bit bland but overall also good. I would stick to sides if I had to return. My friend ordered meat and faced the same issue of way too much meat piled on a small piece of bread with lots of fatty bits. Drinks were also good. When ordering a main course it is the hope that it will be the most enjoyable component of the meal, unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. Best part of my experience was the staff, incredible service and super kind team members!

The Polite Pig in Disney Springs is a must-visit for anyone who loves great barbecue! The meats are perfectly smoked, tender, and packed with flavor, especially the brisket and pulled pork. The wings, slider trio and bbq meatballs are phenomenal starters. Their sides, like the mac and cheese, street corn and brussel sprouts, are just as delicious and complement the meal perfectly. The service is fast and friendly, making it a great spot to grab a bite while exploring Disney Springs. If you're craving quality barbecue with a chill atmosphere, The Polite Pig is definitely worth checking out! Instagram - @thesofloduo

Google
A bit on the pricey side, but the bbq flavors are legit! Hubby & I shared a butcher board for 2 and we could barely finish it, everything on the board was delicious, though we hardly touched the chicken since we took on the pulled pork, brisket, jalapeno sausage and sides first, would be nice if we could customize the board but it only comes with what's stated on the menu. Cornbread is soft and buttery, chili has bits of brisket(delicious!). We also added a pound of Layla's ribs, super tender meat, the run & sauce go so well with it. We also got the Grapefruit Margarita and Whiskey Sour, both were made really well, right amount of booze right amount of mixer, perfect balance.

Google
Nice BBQ spot conveniently located at Disney Springs in a clean atmosphere. The smoked chicken was delicious. Be prepared to wait in line for entry, however the line moved fairly quick and our food came out within 10 minutes after ordering.

Google
I got tourist trapped by the Michelin recognition. By far, Polite Pig has the driest, least flavorful brisket I’ve ever had. It’s shoe leather. I was the second party sat for the day, right when they opened, so I thought we’d get the freshest picks. I would be embarrassed to serve this to paying customers. The pulled pork was also dry. Check my pics. You can see how thin and dry it is just from the photos. Also, who cuts brisket this thin? I’ve never even heard of brisket being cut like cold cuts. But again, this is about how dry and leathery the meat is. It’s bad guys. Avoid at all costs.

Yelp
The best Mac and cheese you will ever have. Great atmosphere, and the service is quick and friendly. Great place to visit in Disney Spring.

Yelp
I've been to Disney Springs many times but I never took the time to give Polite Pig a shot. I finally did and I don't regret it. The place was absolutely packed but they took the order quickly and it came out quickly. I was shocked at how fast it came out. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating and bustling atmosphere. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. We tried brisket, turkey and sweet potato tots. They have great sweet and unsweet tea. The sauces are pretty amazing too especially the black pepper sauce which has a hint of alcohol flavor. They staff is extremely nice and quick to help customers. The manager even came out to check on people. Unbeatable customer service. This place exceeded my expectations. It's not the best BBQ in the world but everything else combined together makes it a 5 out of 5.

Yelp
Ok ... we've walked by here 100 times and never really thought we'd eat here. My son was with us and kept saying he had eaten here before and had to eat here again. So ... we tried it. Food was really good, as is almost everything in Disney, a little pricey but we didn't feel like we got ripped off. We had the Brisket Sandwich. Very good. We had (6) six different sides. 1) Cauliflower 2) Brussel Sprouts 3)Waffle Fries 4)Beet Salad 5)Watermelon Salad 6) Baked Beans Giant Pretzel with beer cheese All sides were very good. All Good here and Daniel did a Great Job!

Yelp
We ate here for lunch. We weren't very hungry and all we really wanted was just a small snack while our daughter and son-in-law ate their lunch. We got the kids portion sliced turkey with waffle fries. Wow; this was the best turkey I've had!!! I'm really not a big turkey eater but have to say I loved this turkey! It was so moist and full of flavor. We also love the different flavors of sauces they have (see photo). We ate outside on the patio and it was very nice and quiet! Definitely recommend The Polite Pig..... You won't be disappointed!!

Yelp
Got to try this place when I was at Disney springs and it was delicious. My favorite meal was the fried chicken sandwich and the seasoned fries. The slaw on the sandwich was a great balance to the sweetness of the barbecue sauce on the fried chicken. It was packed inside but we were able to find a table outside and thankfully there was a warmer above the table because it was a cold day. The staff was very attentive, joked around with us and gave us some great suggestions on what to order. Will be back to try more of the menu items!

Yelp
My husband and I enjoyed a leisurely afternoon at Disney Springs. We had dinner reservations for later, so we didn't want a big lunch. We stopped at the Polite Pig for drinks and am appetizer, and it was a great choice. I had a Manhattan, and he had a whiskey flight. Everything was tasty, and service was excellent. It was quite breezy, but it was pleasant outside under an umbrella regardless...just hang onto your napkin! I didn't realize, until I was reading on the menu, that they are a sister restaurant to the Ravenous Pig, which we also love.

Yelp
I don't really know what to expect from this place, but it always has a million people in line. I have been there twice and I have to say that it might be one of the best "quick service" restaurant I have ever been to. I was debating what rating to give it because its really more of a 4.5, but since I would certainly go back, I guess a 5 is warranted. The menu is pretty much the same as any BBQ place. Ribs, Chicken, Brisket, etc, you get the idea. The first time I went there, I went with a large group which has its own set of challenges. I will say that this place is much better in taste and your pocket book if you go in a group. There is a butcher's plate which is designed for 2, but really could feed 4 easily. That gives you a "taste" of pretty much every meat. I would highly recommend that as you really get a sense of the place. I went alone and got the brisket sandwich which was good, but very expensive. Still, everything from the meats, sides, and sauces are excellent. Probably what really bumps it up for me is the SERVICE. Service at a quick service you say? Yes, the employees busing the tables act as a casual server as well so if there is something you need, they can get it. They also check on you often. They mostly do this to turn over tables (no lounging around here), but they've done it in a way that never seems overbearing or pushy. They also have a good watch over the tables so we always got a table if it was 13 or us or just me solo, If anything, the prices here are a bit high, but for the quality and quantity you get, its ok. You are also at Disney Springs so some things are going to be priced higher. Hopefully, those high prices help pay for the employees because they are the real highlight of the place that bumps it from a 4 to a 5 for me! Good quick food with good service. Perfect for me!

Bunyaka N.

Yelp
Wow I haven't been here for years so I forgot how good it is. I got beef brisket and brussel sprouts and everything was perfect. The beef brisket is juicy and has good flavor and smoke. The brussel sprouts were amazing, crispy, and a little sweet. The line was long because I went during lunch time but it moved quickly. The service is great. The ambiance is casual and a little loud.

Yelp
I had prepared myself for a mediocre meal. Holy crap was I surprised! You order at the counter first, and then pick a table. It was quite busy, and our food was brought to us pretty quickly. My husband and I shared the butcher board. Everything was absolutely delicious! My kids are pretty picky eaters and they hogged down their food as well. After a long day of walking around, this was the perfect way to end it. We all left, fat and happy. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Candice L.

Yelp
This is quickly becoming our favorite quick dining option at Disney Springs. Everyone is always so friendly and polite (they are named appropriately)! The smoked turkey is tender and flavorful and the fries are well seasoned. When dining in the tables are listed as reserved, but you pick where you want to sit - it's "reserved" just for you. Once we were able to get a seasonal side - au gratin potatoes. They were PHENOMENAL. Please Chef, I beg of you, bring those back permanently, I need to have access to those when I come back to visit!!!

Eric C.

Yelp
To me this is some of the best bbq at Disney! We went with the platter and she asked me if I wanted ribs or turkey add on? You know I told her "bouf of em!" Naw but seriously, the meats were really good! You can taste the smoke on the brisket, the sliced pork was our favorite choice, the turkey was tender! Every meat selection was a hit for us! I highly recommend this spot if you're ever at Disney Springs!

Kevin S.

Yelp
A solid 4 star BBQ joint in a wasteland of very mediocre food in Orlando, FL. Order at the counter and grab a transponder and find a table. It looks chaotic but works like a well oiled machine. We ordered the BBQ Board which had Brisket, pulled pork, 1/2 bbq chicken, brisket and 2 sides. We got the roasted beets with walnuts and goat cheese (I highly recommend), waffle fries and sweet potato tots. My personal favs were the smoky brisket (ask for lean) and pulled pork. A big standout is the service. Def the best order at the counter service I've ever encountered. The waitress must of checked on us 6 times. I will def look for the Polite Pig next time I visit.

Samantha R H.

Yelp
Really quick service with great barbecue. The staff really seemed to have extensive reviews and recomendations - which is always a plus when you don't know what to order! The line here can get pretty long so I suggest making it an "early" dinner to beat the crowds. Their cocktails are nice and refreshing with disney-reasonable pricing. The tables are pretty close to one another so it can get pretty loud -especially around 6pm. I definitely recommend checking out their sauce bar!!

Courtney L.

Yelp
You order at the counter and then find a seat. There are windows to watch them cut the meat and prepare the food which is always fun to do. The service and cleanliness of the restaurant was outstanding. The sweet potato tots and Caesar salad were good but nothing outstanding. I could have used more dressing on the Caesar and that would have done the trick as the flavor was there and everything was fresh. The star for me was the baked Mac n cheese. It had breadcrumbs on top with shells and a rich creamy sauce (not runny at all).

Luis C.

Yelp
The fried chicken in the sandwich was absolutely drenched in bbq sauce. I'm not a fan of bbq sauce, but even so, mine had an exaggerated amount. The chicken itself was moist and smoky though - pretty good. The Mac and cheese was my favorite. It was delicious and creamy. My wife unfortunately got received the wrong sandwich but did not realize it until too late, so she was disappointed. The staff was really nice and attentive. The place was very busy and you cannot grab a table unless you ordered already and were given a fob, so you might have to wait a bit to sit.

Phil C.

Yelp
I had an excellent first-time experience at The Polite Pig, from ordering to enjoying the delicious meal. This place is a popular spot to grab grub with a lively atmosphere in Disney Springs, so It gets pretty busy. The wait time wasn't too bad when we visited, even for our party of ten. I ordered the Low & Slow Brisket sandwich, which was a fabulous choice. The flavors featured tender and juicy prime brisket, fried onion, and pickled jalapeños on a soft bun. I paired my sandwich with the Grilled Street Corn and a fountain drink. Everyone enjoyed the items they ordered, and the staff and service were attentive and polite. You can smell the BBQ wafting from the restaurant, making your mouth water before you even order. The menu has many delicious options, and I hope to visit again to try more! I recommend this place if you're craving good BBQ and comfort food. There's inside and patio seating as well.

Aubrie H.

Yelp
Amazing food and their drinks are incredible as well. You can grab to go drinks from their outdoor bar and I always have to pick up the sweet tea old fashioned. They have a great assortment of bourbons to choose from as well.

Tina N.

Yelp
This is a quick service restaurant. Despite the line being out the door, it moved fairly quickly. We ordered at the cashiers and then found a table. Don't be alarmed when you see "RESERVED" on the tables!! The tables marked as reserved are for customers who order and dine in. There are servers walking around and you can order additional food if you'd like. They also clean your table, so don't forget to leave them a tip. :) Now for the food... everything was so so sweet. We tried multiple food items: - Smoked Chicken Salad Wrap (too sweet) - Fried Chicken (oh my god this was TOOOO SWEET and messy) - Polite Caesar (it was okay) - Sweet Tots (it was okay) - Mac & Cheese (surprisingly salty lol)

Lauren H.

Yelp
My family and I enjoyed some yummy barbecue here. Food Allergy sufferers beware: you will be charged extra for allergy friendly items. Tip is asked for before you sit down and are served (I found this strange, and I'm from the US where tipping is our culture). That said, the indoor seating area is nice and the outside area had nice flame heaters to keep us warm!

James H.

Yelp
The bbq here is average but then again I've lived in the South... I prefer the brisket over their saucy ribs. It's the spot in Disney Springs for whiskey and local brews. For you whiskey lovers, Polite Pig has a good relationship with Whistle Pig and have their own Whistle Pig supply. Now, Van Winkles they get one bottle a year!. Whistle Pig Boss Hog $80/2oz. Van Winkle started at $125 to $220 for 2oz. It's probably more now. For desserts, I have to say their Red Velvet cake is pretty good. Cake Man Raven would approve! It's not made in house but sourced from a place called Mike's Pies. A lot darker than Gideon's. The bar outside is the place to be where are the cool people hang out but seats are limited. The best "Beat the heat" beer is their local IPA C&L. And you can't miss this place, it's right after you get off the Lime garage escalator to the right. Great beer and full bar, good bar vibes, okay bbq. 4 1/2 stars!

Fred S.

Yelp
This is one of our "go to" places at Disney Springs! The food is always great, but the service is even better! Today, I had the Southern Pig sandwich (pulled pork with slaw and mandaring oranges) and plain waffle fires. I washed it all down with a couple of their Working Man's Porters. The service is outstanding, starting with bartender Karen, continuing with servers Shane and Jenny, and ending with Manager Chad.

Amy C.

Yelp
We haven't been to polite pig in a while so my bf and I decided to grab a quick dinner here. They had the turkey smash available now so we tried that. It came with stuffing and potatoes on top of a toast. Turkey was on the dried side. We did the 3 sides for $17. Went with bbq cauliflower, burnt ends chili and roasted beets. The sides were all very good. I ordered an apple whiskey sour. That was tasty. I would stick to their regular bbq items next time instead of the turkey. And definitely a bunch of sides!

Gillianna V.

Yelp
This place has best old fashion. The service is always fast you can order to go or just grab a table and drink it up. Ambiance is basically a food court setting however outside is nice especially during the holidays. The food its good if you like Bbq

Amy N.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed our meal here! Be prepared by the crowds of Disney Sorings and hungry families as the restaurant was packeddd. We came around early dinner time, and the restaurant was full. We were told it would be about 20min wait. You wait in line to place your order at the counter, and then you find a table. The wait time provided was accurate and luckily for us, we were able to find a table. I really liked the food! I think definitely worth the wait as long as less than 30min. There are many entree as well as side options. The butcher board is on my list to try!

Julie B.

Yelp
The food was amazing. Had the chef special, it excellent. so good. Brett the waiter was so nice. Really enjoyed the food.

Chef Will G.

Yelp
Ambiance Fun atmosphere, they really pack customers in tight. Cool bar. I noticed they had a red Michelin label on the window. I called restaurant to find out more, I was informed they have been nominated. Customer Service U order at the counter, they bring ur food within 5 minutes. U have to get ur own water. I would say customer service did not really exist during this visit. Polite Pig Butcher's Board for 2 Shredded Pork Pork Ribs Prime Brisket Very small portion Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage I liked this alot. Mini cornbread muffins Very good but would be nice if came warm. Baked beans Nice Mac and cheese Hearty, good flavor. Cole slaw Normally am not a fan of cole slaw but this was tasty, not too much mayo. Sauces Pepper was the best.

Alisha M.

Yelp
Our family who were visiting from out of country told us they were craving barbecue so we picked The Polite Pig for them and us to try out. Being located at Disney Springs I personally did not have high expectations since I knew the place would be filled with tourists however we were all pleasantly surprised by the quality and service. We opted for two orders of the Butcher Board for Two and this was definitely enough for us to share (we were 5 people total). Everyone got to try different styles of meats and sides. The sauces from their sauce bar were great additions but honestly the meat alone was great. We all really enjoyed our meals and to top it off the service was great. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a quick/tasty meal at Disney Springs.

Sherry H.

Yelp
The atmosphere was great! The service was on point! The food for the price, could have been better.

Eileen J.

Yelp
We have passed this place numerous times but it always seems packed which is a great thing to have but never stopped worried we needed reservations or that we wouldn't get a table to sit after purchasing our food. I was SOO pleasantly surprised when we visited for New Years Disney Springs and stopped and asked the hostess. She was extremely sweet and helpful. Told me there was a short line around the side of building and that they will find me a seat not to worry. The menu is big with ton of food options for picky eaters to foodies. Everything was delicious. We had several small bites like the Street Corn to Pull Pork platter and Turkey BLT. Everything was delicious. My daughter loved the corn bread and Mac N Cheese and my husband loved the vast Bourbon Menu. He chose to get the Florida Bourburn flight and try new drinks he hadn't seen before. All in all, I can see why it's a Michilin represented restaurant. It's clean, good food, and great service. My only dig would be the bathrooms. I am not a fan of 2 bathrooms for everyone to use. Boys don't normally put the seat down. ;)

AiFen S.

Yelp
Went to Disney Springs by myself one day as my friends were at the park. After browsing some of the stores I got hungry and decided to stop here as the front of the store worker was very friendly. Went in to order which was fast and given a pager. The inside seats looked to be quite full and crowded so I headed out where I was greeted and given silverware at the table I chose to sit at. My food was brought out shortly after. I really enjoyed the Brussels sprouts and the Turkey blt was way tastier than I anticipated. I thought it would be dry but everything was a delicious combo. The water was inside and being a solo diner I didn't want to lug everything in to get water. The waitress outside helped to refill my water promptly. I was also given a box and bag for my leftovers which tasted quite good even a few hours later.

Jeremy L.

Yelp
KUDOS to Jorge for providing supreme quality customer service!I ordered the Low and Slow BBQ sandwich and it was delicious! The ambiance was jamming! They offer military 10% discount! I highly recommend all to come and visit to support this local business!

Jack B.

Yelp
Polite Pig offers really good park food at reasonable attraction prices. Topping the list is the creamy mac and cheese, some of the best we've had out. The street corn is also recommended for a side dish. The beef brisket was tender served as a generous portion. The cedar plank salmon was flaky and flavorful. As the crowd indicated this location is a favorite for Disney Spring guests. We made a difficult decision because of the many dining options and we were not disappointed.

Brittany N.

Yelp
Pros: We were seated outside this time, so we got to people watch during our meal, which is always fun. This made us very far away from the kitchen, though, so the fact that the service was still very impressive was even more impressive. The food was top notch. Actually much better than it was the last time we came here about seven years ago. Particularly the sides. The sides at some BBQ joints are actually better than the meats sometimes. Lol. Cons: No real cons. Any Disney-related food is always just overpriced, but that is just the way of the world. Tips: The Brussel sprouts and the sweet potato fries are really above average. Please order these. The burnt ends chili side isn't as exciting as it sounds, but it's still really good. None of the meats need to be avoided. They're all solid. Even the chicken was good, nice and juicy.

Kamris C.

Yelp
Perfect quick service spot that serves food almost immediately after you order. The staff was friendly, quick and attentive. Indoor/ outdoor seating is available as a first come first serve basis. It's a chill and casual ambiance , with great food. Our server Charlie was excellent and on top of providing quick and stellar service.

Natalia C.

Yelp
I love coming here whenever I'm in Disney Springs. The food is delicious and all servers are super nice. I don't know if it's because it's in a Disney location but I'm not complaining. Even though they messed up my order and didn't give me the sandwich I ordered, I still enjoyed it. The Mac and cheese is super flavorful, creamy and cheesy. I highly recommend this restaurant. It's small but they sure serve you good food.

Chris A.

Yelp
I came to the Polite Pig after seven years of being away. Last time I gave it four stars, because it was good. This time, it was actually great, so I'm upgrading it to five stars. I'm not acting like I'm going to save the business by doing that or anything. But I just want you to know that this place had really found its groove, it's actually been mentioned in the Orlando Michelin Guide, and it's one of the most quality places to eat at Disney Springs right now. As for the indoor ambiance, I'm not sure, because the hostess gave us a baller seat outdoors, where we could effectively people watch all the people at the Springs that evening. We came one evening after MegaCon, so you can imagine the cosplayers that wandered by from time to time. Loved the outdoor seating. Service was perfect. It must have been tough coming in and out of the restaurant, across the busy traffic of the walkway, over and over again, so I am very appreciative of what our guy did for us, and I tipped accordingly, as we should do. As for the food, well, we were four people total, and we're all heavy eaters, so we went a little overboard. We ordered the Butcher Board For Two (for 2, sliced or pulled pork, smoked chicken, prime brisket & Jalapeño cheddar sausage with slaw, pickles, 2 cornbread and a choice of 2 market sides), the Wings, and an order of the 3 Sides option, because we just love sides. I won't go too in detail, because you don't want to read that, but I will say, The meats were much better than they were right after this place just opened. Even the chicken was moist and juicy. Was really a huge fan of the meats this time. If I had to pick just one, get the brisket. It's probably the best brisket you'll get down there in the tourist corner of Orlando. Cornbread was a-ok, and the slaw was really nothing to write home about. But the other sides were actually solid. Loved the breadcrumbs on top of the mac, to add some crunch. Sweet potato fries were good. Corn on the cob was good. I just love how there's a little bit of sprinkled something over all the sides. The details are important. The A+ sides that I want you to get, though, are the Whiskey-Caramel Brussel Sprouts and the Burnt Ends Chili (burnt ends, sausage, beans, aioli). These sides are unique and quality and will set your meal off right. I promise. Wings were good. If you're prioritizing tummy space, you can skip them, but if you're a wing lover, you won't be disappointed. Overall, I'm glad I came back to the Pig. It was a lovely little meal with my lovely friends, and after my five year statute of limitations passes in 2029, I will be more than happy to come back again!

Yelp
We stopped here on our first day at Disney. The prices are a bit on the high side for even Disney, but bbq is often priced higher plus you add Disney prices. The staff is always knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. We shared the ribs and the brisket. The brisket was tender and seasoned just right. The ribs fell off the bone and were easy to cut. Some didn't have as much meat on them which was a bummer. The slaw they serve isn't the best. It's just find of there. The cornbread was good and not spicy even with peppers added. The Mac and cheese was good and super cheesy. The fries were crispy and hot. The seasoning they add is a nice touch. Would definitely recommend this place if on the dining plan. Otherwise there are a few other places at springs where you can get a better value.

Yelp
Butcher Board is great fro two hungry travelers but can easily be split amongst 3-4 people if you're getting drinks *Dear Yelp, here are a few more sentences for the people who enjoy reading reviews rather than getting outside & experiencing what this world has to offer. Remember what life was like before yelp? We just went places 'cause they looked cool, tried restaurants 'cause they looked nice or someone recommended it... but now, most of us go on Yelp. Why? To read novel length reviews from wannabe journalists? Or are you like me: I just want to look at the menu before hand, check out the prices, & know if I'll get food poisoning or not. Either way, you read this long rant, thanks, I hope I made you laugh

Yelp
Great spot for bourbon and bbq fans. Whiskey list a mile long and service at the bar is smashing. Gets super crowded so go early. Whiskey and beer flights abound. Did not eat, however menu looked great with good appetizers.

Yelp
We were in Disney springs and the smell of barbecue drew us in once again. This place never disappoints us. I got the half chicken & Mac; everything was amazing! The sweet tea was actually very unsweetened. Not sure if they mixed it up. My s/o got the ribs which he enjoyed, as well as the Mac. He said the beans weren't all that. The service is always great. Please be expected to wait a little while during certain hours. We got there around 8 & there was a line outside the establishment

Yelp
We HAVE to hit up this restaurant every time we go on a Disney trip! It is SO good! It's family style BBQ and we have not had a single thing here that we didn't love. We always order the platters to share and then add extra sides. Everything comes out quickly and is hot and delicious. The seating area always looks super crowded and busy but the servers always help make sure you can get a table. They are friendly and polite and help make the dining experience more enjoyable. Can't recommend this place enough!!

Yelp
First time coming here and wow, I was impressed with not only the food and service, but how they controlled the extremely long lines. We waited maybe less than 10 minutes to order, another 10 for our food and it was fantastic. Finding a table seemed it would be difficult but not at all as we opted to sit outside. The hop salted pretzel is a must try as it comes out perfectly baked with a beer cheese and ipa mustard dipping sauce. The low and slow brisket sandwich was an absolute winner, the brisket, fried onions, fresh jalapeños all combined perfectly. My only complaint was the peculiar bread they chose for the sandwich as it seemed crumbly and undercooked.

Yelp
The service here was great, very attentive. I like the order at the counter, seat yourselves and they'll bring it out process. The ambiance is nice. It feels like a more upscale bar in a barn but not fancy. Just modern. The pricing is pretty fair for Disney Springs. But the food is just subpar. We got the Brussels sprouts, street corn and BBQ cauliflower. All three sides were $17. We didn't actually finish any of it but it was nice to sit down to a meal without a reservation.

Yelp
Lunch Service on a thursday was great. Was able to order my food quick and find a table inside. Was approached by a few team members who made sure everything was great. 10 out of 10 service. I ordered the brisket platter with a side of Mac and a side of chili. In terms of flavor, this was a 10. My issues were the brisket was extremely fatty where half of each piece was just fat. Another issue I had was with the pricing model. The menu said my good was 22 with a side included however the moment I said my first side. The price increased by 4 dollars. I was able to substitute the slaw for the chilli without an extra cost though. I would recommend and will return just know what you're getting into. Flavors and service are the standouts here.

Yelp
Meh... While I chose to have something else for dinner at Disney Springs, my husband ordered takeout from The Polite Pig. While he said it was just alright, the ribs were overcooked and tough. The only thing that saved his dinner were the yummy waffle fries. Would not order from here again...

Yelp
The food was so delicious we had to come back the next day for seconds. Christian was an amazing server, he truly made our first trip here memorable. We cannot wait to be back again soon!

Yelp
Decent spot and good food once you look past all the fuss of the Disney excited crowd. Service was quick, servers were attentive to our table.

Yelp
A Disney Springs favorite! Anything you order off the menu is phenomenal. The turkey blt is a favorite, along with the brisket. The waffle fries, potato salad and Mac and cheese are great sides! The sweet tea is the best I've ever had. Don't skip the polite pig! Cheers!!

Yelp
I'm surprised at how busy this restaurant is and how well efficient they run. We didn't wait long to order or get a place to seat. It's nice that they have the sauce bar so you can get that on your own as well as drinks. All the meats were really good and tender. The side items were also just as good. The prices are pricey but I honestly wouldn't expect anything less considering the location. It's a good addition to Disney Springs.
