Google
Our taxi driver recommended this spot and it did not disappoint. A short drive from the strip and it was worth it. I had the Ube French Toast and it was delicious. Not overly sweet. Just perfect. My wife had the Chicken Tinga and she loved it. Our server Robert was phenomenal and made our first time there a memorable experience! Robert, your chips are coming when we get back home!

Google
Had a chance to visit Vegas so we have to try this one out, saw them on Netflix about their Uber pancake and Uber French toast but turns out it didn’t taste as good as I expected it to be. But they have a lot of other options that is worth trying and would like to try them again. If you’re planning to go, make sure you make a reservation because they’re popular.

Google
Superb all around. Sally helped us the first time and we were delighted by the Ube French Toast, The Rawlins(do yourself a favor and get the truffle fries) and a cappuccino that was actually a cappuccino, and then later on we thought we'd try an empanada, which was perfect, the aioli & tapenade was the perfect fusion of flavors. We were so impressed by the chef's menu, the atmosphere and service that we came back for birthday brunch. This time we were wise to order 4 empanadas. And opted for two other specials: the nachos and the chicken wings. Everything was straight bussin' fam. Cherry was a delight from the beginning and so accommodating to us. The host at the front is welcoming and friendly. The cooks who run food out are great. It is obvious that this place has it together; the professionalism, hospitality and unique specials makes it a go-to anytime we visit Vegas. Both times that we visited were the day after Dead shows and it was exactly what we needed post boogie!

Google
All I can say is....BRAVO!!! This place ranks #1 is my book!! Our waiter Dino, was amazing! Since the tables are close enough, he just told everyone to listen to the specials instead of repeating it over and over again and then HE SANG TO US ALL!!! OMG...what a treat! I was in love and we hadn't ordered yet! What an experience! The food, the FOOD! If you've never tried deep fried SPAM...definitely worth the visit. I highly recommend it! The UBE French toast and breakfast bowl were to die for! If you ever get to Las Vegas, check this place out! Oh yea, the owner is very hands on and comes to each table just to say 👋. Now that's service with a smile 😃!

Google
Very nice place. Love that it’s different from all the chain stores lately. Great food and great service. In my opinion the only thing that can improve is the coffee. Lots of parking. Great art work on the walls. Very clean

Google
This was our first time eating breakfast in Vegas. Mika was our waitress, and she was very thorough with telling us about the foods of the day. We visited on a Saturday morning, and she told us about the silly gang wings. We would come back to Vegas, just for the wings! These were the BEST wings my husband and I have ever had anywhere! Note that these wings are only available on Saturday and Sunday. We had the ube horchata and buco pandan drinks. The buco pandan is nostalgic and tastes like cereal milk. All of the food was very flavorful and pleasantly plated. Definitely recommend this place!

Google
I am proud to be a Filipino because of Truffles N Bacon. They make Filipino food look and taste good. Haha We came in for breakfast and were quickly seated. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and memorized all the specials which was really impressive. What really impressed me was how a white woman can say sinigang as well as she did. Anyway, in case you haven’t figured it out, we got the sinigang wings, which were really, really good. The chef somehow managed to make the sourness subtle enough but still present without being too overpowering. I had the tri tip omelet and that was one of the best omelets I have ever had, hands down. The wife had to have the Ube mochi pancakes, and guess what, I ended up eating half of them. That says a lot, because I’m not even that into sweets/dessert. All in all, I am happy but sad that Truffles n Bacon is not on my side of town. Happy because I would be 50 pounds heavier if it were. Sad because the food is just plain delicious and we are definitely missing out in the northwest.

Google
Referred to have Uber pancake but had the OMG stack. So delicious, fusion of flavors: strawberry, mango, Ube and another one. Presentation felt like celebrating birthday. Customer service is excellent.

Yelp
I never leave reviews, but this restaurant and service made me want to. i didn't expect it to taste so good. kudos to the chef. I'm definitely recommending and going back.

Yelp
This place is very hit and miss. This was our third time visiting, and this was the second time our food took quite some time to arrive. Even initially, it took some time before we were greeted by the server. To be fair, the restaurant was busy, but quality of service and food shouldn't change so much with the amount of people in the restaurant. I cannot ever recommend the pork belly. It was as dry as the desert climate around us. For how much it costs, I should've sent it back, but I didn't. We just ate quickly and left. Along with that, the booth tables do not fit well with the seats. Can't say I'll return.

Yelp
We stumbled upon this place on good 'ol Yelp and boy are we glad we decided to come in! We checked in on the Yelp waitlist which was really convenient. The staff was really friendly our waitress was wonderful! Then there's the food. We enjoyed each of our dishes... the Sinful tots? It is a must! Definitely tasty and dangerous. We got the Lil Sinful tots which was perfect serving since we already had a main dish. We shared the Ube French Toast and it was delicious. I thought maybe there was too much cream filling and it might be too overbearing but they did a fantastic job of keeping the flavors even, it wasn't overly sweet but pack a lot of flavor. Definitely another recommend!

Yelp
Overall, a great bite to eat and would recommend to visit. Service, overall, was fine. Our server forgot our drink order but after a reminder it came out. They also weren't the most knowledgeable able to the gluten free items on the menu. Food was phenomenal. Gluten free Ube Mochi Pancakes were light and delicious. The nachos were a special and they were fine, definitely not a full-on Filipino restaurant. I'd say more of a fusion, but I don't mean that to come off as a bad thing. The porky belly omelette was also fine. Ambiance was great, a little bit loud from how crowded it was, but food came pretty quickly despite the busyness.

Yelp
We're here! Joined the waiting list before arrival, 15 min promised. The door employee was graceful with a smile. Seated as promised. The place was crowded for a Monday but fast. Sally was our server and welcomed us with kindness after asking how we heard about the place. Excellent, excellent server We ate it all! Enjoyed the food and experience. A varied menu with food for all tastes! I will bring my husband and daughters back. The TIK tok menu items are often available on weekend. Ask on the day of arrival

Yelp
It's our first time here. Our friends invited us for brunch before we return to CA. There was a line outside when we arrived around 10. This place is popular since there was a line when we got here around 10am. Good thing our friends were already seated. Our server was very friendly and accommodating, asking us if its our first time and answering our questions about the menu. I ordered the Happy Tummy sandwich tummy which was good. I also tried my friends Uber pancake and it was also very good, it wasn't sweet just right. Everyone enjoyed their order. We would definitely come back on our next visit.

Yelp
This is a busy place. The waitress is very friendly and sweet. Ube muffin: it's different than most muffin we tried. It's good. 7/10 Pork belly: crispy. 9/10 Match green pancake: it has the mochi texture. Some people may not like that texture. But I like it. 8/10 Country Scramble: nothing special. 6/10 Chicken Tinga omelet: flavorful. 8/10 Waffle: the outside is crispy. 8/10 The spam fried: it's better than I expected. Not as salty as I thought it would be. 8/10 Overall, we enjoyed the food here.

Yelp
Found this on Yelp and it also kept coming up on my IG feed so I thought we should try it at least once. I really wanted to enjoy this place. I was sadly disappointed. We really enjoyed the Ube french toast (the main reason we came here) and were impressed with the SPAM fries. So much so, we started making them at home since then (surprisingly simple and kept asking ourselves- why didn't we ever think of this?!?!)! The Ube Horchata was enjoyable- those 3 items were very creative and inventive- had to give the owners credit for coming up with those. The sinful tots were not very memorable. You can get on a waitlist on Yelp but it was dead the day we came in. However the waitress was not exactly friendly. She kept questioning our choice to share only 4 food items in the menu and kept asking "are you sure that's all you want to order?" Here are the main reasons for why I am giving this establishment only 3 stars: - The inside of the restaurant did not go with the price point of the menu -as a woman, I'm not a fan of unisex bathrooms- which were not very clean. - We only ordered 4 food items (2 ube french toast) and one drink --but the total was massive- $93! (see my receipt in my pics) and yes, we were still hungry when we left the restaurant so it's not like the portions made up for the hefty prices. - No one really carries cash anymore but if you pay in cash it's slightly cheaper than by card. - AND the most important reason: if you happen to have more 5 or more in your party (like us - fam of 5) than a whopping 20% "party gratuity" gets added on! -- $15!!! All in all, with all the choices to eat in Vegas, this trip will only be a one time thing for us. We drive thru or go to Vegas frequently. But the hefty bill + our hunger not being satisfied = no future visits. One and done.

Yelp
After arriving on an early flight into Vegas, we were starving and eager to find a local brunch spot with good vibes and great reviews. We decided to check out Truffles and Bacon, and it turned out to be a good choice. The food was pretty good overall. We especially loved the Ube waffle--it had great flavor and was a unique treat. The banana walnut French toast was another standout dish, while the chicken and waffles were fantastic--the chicken thigh was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. I also tried the Breakfast Mac, which was just alright and didn't stand out as much as the other items. On the service side, the staff was very polite, and the restaurant wasn't extremely busy. Since we booked online, we were seated immediately upon arrival, which made the experience even smoother. We also really enjoyed the tea, which was a great complement to the meal. Overall, we'd rate our experience a solid 8/10. While there's room for improvement, it's a spot worth checking out if you're in Vegas and looking for a nice brunch.

Yelp
We came in Friday morning after Christmas and got seated quickly (3 people). I opted for the pork belly omelette which was served with hashbrowns and a chimichurri sauce. The omelette was so flavorful and had a savory and tangy flavor thanks to the chimichurri sauce. Spam fries were also tasty. We ended with the ube pancakes for a sweet treat. I love how buttery the pancakes were with a toasty edge. It was not super sweet which I appreciated

Yelp
Truffles N Bacon has a lot of potential, but my experience was a mix of highs and lows. Let's start with the good stuff--the food! I had the Ube French toast, and it was absolutely delicious, hands down one of the best I've had. My mom and friend both ordered the chicken and waffles, and one of them even upgraded to French toast instead of waffles (great call!). They both really enjoyed their meals, though the coffee was a letdown. It looked hot, even had steam, but somehow it was cold--a bizarre and frustrating experience. Now for the not-so-great parts. The person who seemed like the owner was acting as the host, and her attitude was pretty off-putting. When she handed us menus and we said thank you, she didn't even respond. She just seemed unwelcoming, which made for a really poor first impression of the restaurant. The bathrooms were another issue--they were gross, which definitely detracted from the overall experience. Would I come back? Probably, because the food was that good. But the owner really needs to hire a proper host. A great meal should start with a warm welcome, not an attitude that makes you feel like an inconvenience. Here's hoping she invests in better customer service--it would take this place to the next level

Yelp
Another place I don't understand the hype behind. It's just really heavy food, but I guess people like everything sweet and heavy

Yelp
This is not your ordinary breakfast or brunch place. The food takes on filipino but yet american style food. Ther service was great our coffee was always at half full. The place is cery open but yet cozy for a quite breakfast meal.

Yelp
It's been years I've ate here and it's time for an update. Just as I remembered, this place is such a great place for Hawaiian and Filipino fusion. I brought my aunt here and she loved this place that she ate all her food. We didn't have to wait but I heard the weekends are always busy. Our server, Cherry was so awesome. I would ask what her recommendations were and she was great with telling us what popular dishes are. The restaurant is simple and nicely decorated. Lots of seating. We ordered the pork belly omelette and it was perfect. It came with two tortillas. The omelette was filled with hash brown and pork, topped with green onions. Then we ordered ube French toast and it was layered with ube filling and topped with ube Hilaya jam and shredded coconut. Definitely will be coming back here.

Yelp
I've been meaning to stop by here since who knows when because a few of my friends have raved about it. First off, parking is easy. If you go early enough, you don't have to wait in a long line. I've noticed a lot of people go here with their families so there are bigger groups (at least the day I visited). The servers are super friendly and they are super helpful when it comes to moving us to a bigger table because we just ordered way too much food. I also appreciate that they explain a dish, and they let us know what the specials are for the day. Now onto the food. The price is fair and I say this because they offer large enough portions. We ordered the sinigang wings (called silly gang and served only during the weekends) and those were delightful. It was crispy and tangy and oh so flavorful. It was sticky goodness as well. I loved it. I also ordered the pork belly omelette and it had a lot of large chunks of pork belly. I was surprised that it wasn't that oily since it's pork belly. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the hash browns were crispy. My friend ordered the breakfast Mac and I only had one bite of it and I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. The pasta was a little softer than I liked but overall, the flavor was there. She also ordered the ube mochi pancakes. I think they were ube mochi. It had a nice bounce, a tad sweet for me but it was still very good. Overall I would to back again to try the other items on the menu. It was really good and worth the small wait that we had.

Yelp
Wait time was long about 1.5 hours, but service was great despite it being super busy during brunch on a Sunday. They ran out of all of the secret menu stuff, which we were looking forward to trying. Instead, we got the Sinigang wings, Corned beef tots, and Spam fries. Sinigang wings 3.5/5 I thought it was gonna be a dry rub, but it was coated in sauce. Overall, it was pretty good. That signature sour tamarind flavor is at the forefront with infused honey-ish sweetness to it, which i really liked. Crispy on the outside and nice and tender/juicy inside. Corned beef Tots 5/5 I did not expect these to be hella good! Cheesy, delicious corned beef with over easy egg on top. The melted cheese with the corned beef paired really well along with the yolky eggs. Spam fries 2/5 Reminds me of katsu-fried spam musubis. Ngl, i couldn't find anything special about these. Definitely a novelty item on the menu. I would pass.

Yelp
Amazing!!!!! great service and delicious food! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. We got here early and the place filled up fast. Seating indoors and outside. The menu is plenty and go with anything Ube! I had the chicken and waffles with upgrade Ube waffles. SO WORTH IT!!! This is a breakfast must if you are in Vegas.

Yelp
Cherry was an amazing server, very attentive, great recommendations, and knowledgeable of the food. We ordered a longanisa nachos, spam fries, ube french toast, and the ube heath shake. All were so delicious and not super sweet. I literally wanted to cry because we finished everything and i wanted moreeeeeee!!! Prettiest of all pleases open a restaurant in San Diego
google avatar

Yelp
Service is great and food is just as great. Came in on a Saturday around 1045 and waited for about 15-20 min for a table. They were extremely busy. Once we ordered food, it probably was out in like 20 min...so not bad at all. We got the Strawberry mochi pancakes, spam fries, sinful tots, and wagyu pastrami burger. My favorite are all 4 dishes...my wife and I could barely finish them, but we...or I did most of the chowing. You can't go wrong with any of those dishes. If I had to pick one, I won't...I would pick them all again. Highly recommend!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Customer service was great, very knowledgeable server, I recommend the spam fries, they are so yummy and the burger was delicious, it is very busy every time I come here so you will need to get on the waitlist.

Yelp
Amazing food def recommend if you're going towards Vegas a must stop . I had the monte cristo 10/10 would get it again.

Yelp
I had the pork belly omelette a month ago & still cannot stop thinking about it back home in CA so I had to have it again coming back to Vegas a month later. The first experience having it was magical. The perfectly seasoned pieces of delectable pork belly wrapped in a blanket of soft egg, laid on a blanket of crispy hash browns with a side of corn tortilla to complete the meal. Recommend a generous pouring of Frank's hot sauce and it's a real yummy breakfast.
google avatar

Prescilla A.

Yelp
This place never fails to deliver delicious food. Be sure to always check out the specials. This time around from the special menu we got the ube mochi pancakes and silly gang wings. Both delicious

Yelp
This was my first stop from the airport, super close drive. There was no wait and we were seated immediately on a Thursday morning. I ordered the pork belly omelette, ube french toast and ube horchata. I loved the omelette, the serrano chile helped cut the richness of the egg and the juicy pork belly pieces, which there were enough of. The ube french toast was perfect. The ube didnt overpower the cream cheese filling and the toast itself was nice and chewy. The ube horchata wasn't too sweet and had a coconut-y aftertaste which i enjoyed. My friend ordered the classic burger and biscuits with gravy. She had nothing to say about the burger but I tried her biscuits and gravy and the gravy was bland and one biscuit was so rock hard it was inedible and left on the plate. My other friend ordered the chicken and waffles and he loved every single bite. All in all, i would definitely come back and recommend. There are gems on the menu, just skip the biscuits and gravy
google avatar

Taylor F.

Yelp
We started off with the Spam Fries, which were very good and a unique twist on an appetizer. For my drink, I ordered a Caramel Latte, which was tasty, but I didn't care for the massive coffee ice cube--it took up the whole glass and didn't melt fast enough, making it difficult to enjoy the drink fully. For my main dish, I had the pork belly omelet, which came with chimichurri sauce. I asked for the sauce on the side, but was told the pork belly was marinated in it. Unfortunately, the dish ended up being way too oily, and the sauce made my hash browns soggy. I wouldn't order this again as it felt like the chef was trying too hard to make breakfast too "extra." Another downside was the online menu--it was hard to navigate since you had to keep scrolling back to the top to select other categories. I wish there was a better layout or even an option for a paper menu. Overall, some highs and lows, but the experience was mixed for me.

Yelp
This place was solid. I ordered the 3x3 with the French toast passion maple syrup. The service was good and I like the atmosphere as well, very welcoming.

Yelp
This place is a must visit! I had the boujee burger. Was so GOOD! I show a picture but will only describe alil bit... lobster salad, wagyu patty... the rest u'll have to go there and see for yourself. GET SPAM FIRES!!! check this place out you might like it

Yelp
I got the Ube french toast and hortacha with pork belly omelet. The omelet was good but only had 1 slice of pork belly. The French toast was delicious. Mister got Bubba Big breakfast with Ube muffin. Muffin was a biscuit with Ube jam but was delicious. His sausage was soft and delicious. arrived at 930 am. Place was almost empty. By the time we left at 11 am, the line was out of the door.

Yelp
Came here for Sunday brunch with family and friends but was sadly disappointed with the food. Service was welcoming and helped us kindly. Ambiance inside was bright and clean. We also felt like the food on the menu was limiting and a lot of the food featured on yelp was also not available. The food we ended up ordering included the sinigang wings, ube horchata, pork belly omelette, and tater tots with corned beef. Silly gang wings (aka sinigang wings): I was really excited to try these wings because chicken wings and sinigang are two of my favorite foods. Unfortunately, these wings were just really salty and tasted prominently of patis (fish sauce). Even with the sinigang soup dipping sauce, the chicken wings were still super salty. Ube Horchata: I saw a lot of Yelp reviews hyping their ube horchata up, but tbh it only tasted like coconut milk! Even after mixing it hella, I didn't taste the cinnamon or ube flavors at all. Pork Belly Omelette: The omelette was also lacking in flavor. It was mainly sauced up with pesto sauce which I feel took from the flavor of the pork belly instead of complementing it. The hashbrowns were also very undercooked and the tortilla it came with wasn't even warmed up. Tater tots with corned beef: This was the main dish I really enjoyed, but I believe it was only a specialty dish that they don't serve everyday. The tater tots were very crispy and paired well with the corned beef. Overall, not sure if the cooks were having a bad day but for the price we paid, we could have eaten somewhere that tasted good with better quality and also cheaper.

Yelp
Great food and friendly staff. Still good after all these years. I wish I could go there more often. They need to open one in Summerlin.
google avatar

Yelp
Great fusion restaurant with some delicious food. 1) The Ube French Toast deserves the hype. So fabulous and delicious! Very sweet and perfect to share. 2) Loved the Sinful tater tots which amazingly stayed crunchy even until the end of the meal. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a pic but definitely was one of my favorites. 3) The chicken with the chicken and waffle was soooo good. Crispy & flavorful. 4) Also had the pork belly omelette, breakfast Mac n Cheese & the famous Nawlins sandwich. They were all good too. Tip: Try the Sriracha Honey as a drizzle on any of the crispy dishes. Loved the unique blend of flavors. Definitely will be back and this restaurant will be on my permanent must visit restaurant when I go to Vegas.

Yelp
A cute place with cute Instagram worthy food! This location offers a shared parking lot with it's surrounding businesses so it could get full. When we first stepped in we were greeted with the cutest sign and a wonderful host. There was a podium where you could add yourself to the waiting list. I didn't know the waiting list was powered through yelp or I would have joined on our way over. The line was long so defiently joining ahead of time if you can. Yelp then kept track of my place in line and notified me when it was our turn. We were seated quickly and got waters right away. We got a variety of food to share with each other. I loved the crispy spam fires. Cute and simple with a fun presentation. I loved the breakfast mac! I've never had hash browns on my mac and cheese before but it was delicious! Highly recommend and might try to recreate at home :) Friendly staff and the very busy. I hope to try it again when I'm back in town

Yelp
Super yum breakfast brunch place! The wide range of menu items was impressive along with the short blonde haired waitress who knew the menu well and was nice and friendly. Wanted to try a new spot and loved how there were some Filipino food options like Ube pancakes and longanisa sausage. We highly recommend the Ube mochi pancakes that are unique with a soft chewy texture! And of course the color is just pretty and different. Food: - Steak & Eggs, classic breakfast meal with biscuits and gravy - Ube Mochi Pancake, delicious - Piggy Goes to LA, has prosciutto and poached eggs

Yelp
Was finally able to try TNB. We put our name down and the host gave us a 45min wait time so we went to go do other stuff and surprisingly got alerted in 15min that our table was ready, so that was cool. Walked back in and the place was packed and every table filled. Saw all the food posts on social media so we wanted to see what the hype was. Ordered the TNB Signature burger, Matcha mochi pancakes, silly gang wings, truffle fries, and a side of pork belly. Honestly everything looked so good. In order from most favorited to least: 1.Silly Gang Wings 2.Truffle Fries 3.Mochi Pancakes 4.Crispy pork 5.Signature Burger What saved most of the items for us liking the food was the sinigang sauce that was tossed with the wings. The burger I wasn't a fan of because once you try to bite into the burger to get each layer all you taste is Mac n cheese. Personally it was better without it and the we added the sinigang sauce on the burger and it was 100X better. Would go back to try the ube French toast and maybe the omelet. Our server was super nice and asked how we heard of them. Extremely pleasant and she continued to check on us.

Yelp
Came here for brunch on a Saturday and we're seated right away, joined the Yelp waitlist. Server offered many recommendations and we tried the elote, it was alright. We both ordered breakfast food, all was good. Plenty of parking available in the lot.

Yelp
Delicious, simply delicious!!! If you are emersed in the filipino culture and have attended their parties, then that's how you feel coming here. Very welcomed. I very much enjoyed the wagyu omelette, Ube waffles, spam fries, down to the sourdough toast. One of the best breakfasts I've ever had. Wish they had this Cafe in the Orange County,CA area. It was nice being served very quickly. My gf and bff very much enjoyed the veggies omelette, amd the sinigang fries. Looking forward to eating at Truffles N Bacon Cafe for our next visit. I'm hoping in the future I get to see some pandan waffles. Hats off to the chef!!! ‍

Yelp
Downgrading from 4 to 2 as my friend said she used the bathrooms and they were dirty as well, which compounds on another reviewer just a week ago saying the same thing. Not cool. Barf plate of sauce and unclean bathrooms? Hmm. Original review below: The place is ok. The walnut french toast is actually amazing, but you guys need to work on the presentation of this dish. My first reaction was it look like someone puked all over it because the French toast is sitting in about an inch of the cream sauce. This would be excellent if you can have a side dish of the sauce to pour over your French toast instead. Our waiter suggested that I should get a side of bangers and that it would blow my mind to dip them into the sauce. I got the sausage which was ok on its own. Could've been cooked a little bit longer. Dipping into the sauce? My mind wasn't blown. It wasn't bad, just not really enhanced. But having a side dish of the sauce to dip them in would be better than the main barf sauce plate. But yeah, work on the presentation of this dish because that was the only thing I had against it.

Yelp
We just arrived in Vegas with a party of nine and came across this breakfast spot located about 10 minutes away from the airport. We arrived around 930am and the place was pretty full. The restaurant was able to accommodate our party of nine and squeeze two tables together. I ordered their Ube Horchata and it came out looking amazing! The drink was not too sweet and had the perfect blend of Ube and Horchata. The Ube frosting on top was a perfect match as it blended so well with each sip making it so refreshing. For my meal, I ordered the pork belly omelette. The egg was airy and fluffy, and the pork belly was cooked perfectly. I was a bit skeptical at first with the combination, but surprisingly was delicious. The chimichurri sauce was a perfect addition to each bite! We also ordered the silly gang wings which we thought was oookay. The dipping sauce tasted a bit too fishy for me as they tasted better with them. Our serve sally? was great as she attended our needs and our water cups never went empty! The ambience of the restaurant was super chill and comfortable. Parking isn't an issue as the lot was huge! I highly recommend this place as your first breakfast stop from your early morning flights.

Yelp
First time coming here. I got the silly gang wings and the pork belly omelette. The silly gang wings was really salty. It did have the perfect crispness. The pork belly omelette was ok. It barely had any pork belly and wasn't filling. The hash brown was disappointing. There was no crunch, it was too soft for a hash brown. Service was ok. Our server didn't really have patience, since it was our first time coming here. Food was quick and fresh. They also checked up on our table a couple times so that was a plus. Great place for small parties or big parties. Plenty of seats. Great lighting inside and decor. Clean restaurant.

Yelp
Review #1400 I like that their website says "Truffles n Bacon Cafe serves American comfort food with a twist" It is such a modest description of this place. I think the food here is amazing and I love how bold they are with their creations. Truffles N Bacon has been a well-kept secret because they are miles from the Las Vegas Strip and tucked into the corner of a plaza area. But now that Food Network has featured them and social media has given them a platform, people are making the drive over to check out Truffles N Bacon Cafe. They don't take reservations. Your options are to either wait for a table or jump on the Yelp waitlist. Their monster ten pound Belly of the Beast burger was featured on Food Network and could feed six people and has to be ordered 72 hours in advance. The Not Yo Mama's Grilled Cheese, Montecristo, Sinful Tots, Spam Fries and the Rawlins are some other popular favorites. You will see many items with Ube, Pandan and Matcha flavors because the chefs have Filipino roots. I came here for breakfast and have been dying to try their Ube French Toast that I saw on social media. My buddy got the Mochi Pancakes and a side of pork belly. Wow! Not only were these dishes pretty to look at and photograph, they were so good. Truffle N Bacon Cafe is a little ways from Las Vegas, but worth the hype and the drive over if you have a car.

Yelp
I'm just visiting and my brother who lives in Vegas has been wanting to try this spot out. I didn't know it was one of those trending spots from social media. The vibe in here reminds me of Hawaii. And they serve Filipino/Hawaiian islander style food with a twist. Me and my brother ordered the ube French toast mine w/ reg. Thin slice bacon and his with the pork belly, and a side of bacon jam. Our mom got the strawberry mochi pancakes. As for drinks I got the hazelnut latte, my bro got the iced tea and mom got the hot honey citron ginger tea. We loved our food! The bacon jam is a must to order. It was so good on the orders we had. I had a slight issue with my food. Found a strand of hair on one of my bacons after I ate the first piece. They were willing to give me a new plate but I was already getting full from the toast already. Yet they were able to remove my bacon from the check. Despite that mishap, everything was delicious. My latte was amazing. I love how they used coffee cubes to keep the coffee flavor without it being diluted with water. My mom said her mochi pancakes even had bits of bacon in it. Thought that was cool. We did also had a small appetizer which was the ribbed corn. It was a special order that day. It was so freakin good especially with the salsa underneath! If ever I come back to visit Vegas, I would def. Come back to this spot. Our service was amazing too! Lady was lively and she just knows the menu. I see why this spot was talked about on the social sites. Would def. Recommend!

Yelp
My family and I had a late brunch on Monday and were seated immediately. The menu is available through a QR code. So many choices! Although I know this is primarily a breakfast spot with Filipino elements, we were hoping those elements included a side of rice. Oh well! What we ordered was delicious and will definitely visit the next time we are in Las Vegas. We wanted to order Sarsi but that wasn't available. We settled for Calamansi juice - so refreshing! - and Ube Horchata - a nice version to a favorite drink. We ordered: SPAM fries. My favorite of the items we ordered. Chicken and waffles. The chicken was very flavorful. The honey sriracha syrup and bacon jam were tasty accoutrements! Sorry no photo! We were too eager to eat and forgot to take a photo. Eggs, bangers and hash. Simple and tasty . I was hoping the bangers would be longanisa but they are regular sausages. Country omelette. Also simple and tasty. The service was quick and friendly. If you're able to visit during the week towards the end of their service hours, then the wait is nonexistent. Enjoy!

Yelp
I was excited to try this place because of the Ube French Toast. Being Filipino American I've been eating Ube all my life. So I get excited to try different food creations that incorporate Ube into the dish. When we walked in we were greeted by the friendly host. I signed on the digital waitlist which showed up to a 30 minute wait. However there was only one party waiting. So I believe there were Yelp waitlisted parties that have not arrived yet, as we were seated within 5 minutes. It's a good size restaurant for only serving breakfast and lunch. There are both tables and booths. It can probably accommodate larger parties (8-12) if they put tables together but it will be in the middle of the restaurant. The server was friendly and helpful with the menu, checking in on us every so often. We ordered Ube French Toast, Filipino style Corned Beef over Tots, and the Pork Belly Omelette. The French toast was sooo delicious with the Ube cream cheese stuffing and Ube jam and macapuno (sweetened coconut strings). The corned beef dish was also very tasty but I could have done without the cheese. I get that maybe the dish needs moisture but maybe side of corn beef au juice or gravy. The omelette was okay. It didn't impress me enough to get it again. . Their specials sounded good like the sinigang wings but I was too full. If I'm in Vegas again I would definitely come back to try something different except the French toast. That I need to always get lol.

Yelp
Get ready for the coma!! Always an amazing experience, those sinful tots are so devilishly delicious you should be eating them under a napkin. Please don't, you need your napkin. LOL. I had the wings, omg they were sticky with a small kick, mainly for flavor. Worth every bite. My husband had the waygu pastrami omelette (special of the day), I almost stole his. Damn that was delicious pastrami. I'm still drooling and I JUST ate. I love the decor here! I haven't been in a while but they did remodel a year ago or so and I love what they've done. I'll be back sooner than later, you can never skip on that bread pudding, best in town!

Yelp
Please come and get the ube french toast! I've never had anything like it and would come just for that. The ube cream cheese is definitely what made the dish so addicting. If you want to come here, I would suggest trying to get on the wait list or have one person from your party go and put your name on the walk in wait list. This place has cute signs and feels very homey like what you would expect from a small town cafe. They have an outdoor patio, but no one was seated there when I went. I got the chicken tinga omelette and would recommend adding the hot sauce to the hash browns! The chicken tinga was nice and juicy, but I just prefer my omelette to be a bit fluffier. I thought it was a nice touch to have two tortillas to make mini tacos. The tater tots had corned beef and were super cheesy, but they were a bit salty. I'd say just keep in mind adding fries is an additional cost.

Yelp
Loved everything we chose! The omelette was honestly so fluffy and savory. The (6) wings were cooked the perfect amount where it wasn't dry and there was a nice touch with the sauce although didn't really taste the sinigang. Service was great by Sherry who kept checking up even though it was busy. We got a reservation ahead of time so the wait wasn't long. Pandan latte and ube horchata weren't that sweet but you could taste those flavors pretty well. Love this place and would definitely stop by here again!

Yelp
Was really excited to eat here yelp reviewed seemed fine, first thing was I was told I couldn't have my Dutch bros coffee that I walked in with and was asked to "chug it" ... I just took back to my car. When I returned to order staff seemed very short and irritated not a very welcoming . We were seated and waitress seemed annoyed that we didn't know what we wanted to drink and so we asked for water so we could look over the menu. Food took a while to come out and was cold we originally ordered waffles and I almost want to believe they were originally frozen and reheated prior to serving . We always like to support small businesses but this will definitely go on the one and done list.

Yelp
Dino & Vincent where the absolute MFing best! We are coming all the way from Los Angeles on a vacation and everybody at the staff made us feel so at home but these two are especially the best people I have ever known in Las Vegas. They were so attentive and everything we asked for they had a oh yes, let me get that for you attitude. They need to teach Los Angeles people too because the service hero was far the best out of any other restaurant we were at

Yelp
Finally made it to Truffles and Bacon. I ordered the biscuits and gravy. It was comprised of 2 biscuits cut in half with sausage gravy on top. One of my biscuits was hard like overcooked. It was flavorful though but no sausage chunks. The portions are not large here so no left overs. My friend had the ube waffle which she liked. I would still come back to try the ube French toast next time.
