"If you've seen friends' photos from Las Vegas, you might recognize this spot that bills itself as “American comfort food with a twist,” leaning into a kind of Vegas maximalism. The menu includes a dish with ube cream cheese sandwiched inside a tall stack of bright green pandan pancakes; one burger has tater tots in it while another is topped with a mac-and-cheese patty.
