"If you've seen friends' photos from Las Vegas, you might recognize this spot that bills itself as “American comfort food with a twist,” leaning into a kind of Vegas maximalism. The menu includes a dish with ube cream cheese sandwiched inside a tall stack of bright green pandan pancakes; one burger has tater tots in it while another is topped with a mac-and-cheese patty. Bacon jam — the restaurant's signature condiment — appears everywhere. The food is unabashedly indulgent and untouched by diet culture, seemingly aimed at TV producers: it's been Instagrammed repeatedly and has been featured on the Food Network's Ginormous Food Show and Netflix's Fresh, Fried and Crispy.
