The 18 Best Restaurants in Park City, Utah | Eater

"Chef-owner Adam Ross’s impeccable food is a bit under the radar thanks to Twisted Fern’s strip mall location. Still, you’ll come back again and again for appetizers like focaccia with whipped ricotta, garlic sesame crispy chickpeas, and smoked trout dip, along with mains including a double-wide pork chop from Niman Ranch, Utah elk, and pork ragu with house-made rigatoni. Expanding on Twisted Fern’s Italian-focused success, Ross has just opened a second restaurant in the heart of town, Loma, tucked behind Main Street for even more house-made plates of pasta and wood-fired pizzas." - Katie Shapiro

The 22 Best Restaurants In Park City, Utah

"You might quickly browse Twisted Fern’s menu and think “this looks familiar,” but when you take a second look, there are some interesting twists here. There's a blue corn crepe with a corn and poblano filling and the duck has a side of blackberry-lemon-rhubarb compote. The menu changes often to showcase local in-season produce, but some of the mainstays are musts, including the smoked trout dip, made with cured Utah trout, and the three-cheese mac that combines cheddar, fontina, and gruyère from a nearby creamery. The minimalist dining room is bright and open with great natural light." - jene shaw

Twisted Fern - Review - Off Main - Park City - The Infatuation

"You might quickly browse Twisted Fern’s menu and think “this looks familiar,” but when you take a second look, there are some interesting twists here. The fried brussels sprouts are topped with an apple fresno hot sauce, garlic-lime emulsion, and pickled vegetables and the ravioli come stuffed with spinach, white beans, and roasted delicata squash. The menu changes often to showcase local in-season produce, but some of the mainstays are musts, including the smoked trout dip, made with cured Utah trout, and the three-cheese mac that combines cheddar, fontina, and gruyère from a nearby creamery. The minimalist dining room is bright and open with great natural light, and the restaurant has the added bonus of a great patio in the summer." - Jené Shaw

I admit that my expectations were low when we pulled into a retail strip center parking lot of the restaurant my wife had picked for dinner. But I was completely impressed by the dining experience. Our server, Cody, was friendly and knowledgeable. And the food was exceptional. We started with the baked Brie and cocktail. For dinner, we enjoyed the cauliflower, roasted carrots, and brussels sprouts with kimchi, all paired with a hearty Spanish red wine recommended by our server. The Twisted Fern is an elevated culinary experience for locals and visitors alike.

Google
We had a delicious vegetarian dinner at Twisted Fern. We had the crispy chickpeas, Roasted Beets and Squash, Baked Brie, Local Pear Salad and the Malfadine pasta, which was one of the most unique and delicious vegetarian pasta dishes we've ever had! Loved the other dishes, too, and the service was great.

Google
I think it's overrated, the dishes are well presented, eye-catching, and the menu is interesting, but there are way too many things going on the plate. Some editing will make things much better. Take the Spanish Octopus, it was over charred and a little overcooked, and look how busy that plate is, it has like 8 different things going on, and Spanish-style octopus is simple, just some potatoes, paprika and olive oil, that's it. I'm not saying that they should do it that way, experimenting it's great, but again, just focus on how to properly prepare the octopus and remove like 3-4 ingredients and it could be great. Same goes for the other dishes, we had the duck and elk, which had undercooked broccolini. Service was good but left disappointed.

Came for Mother's Day and Julia our server took great care of us. Food and drinks were excellent. Spice level was just right. Patio was beautiful.

Google
Modern American cuisine from a very talented chef, Adam Ross in the park city area! The place has a high-class modern look but nothing crazy with natural lighting being a small quaint but inviting vibe; I didn’t feel cramped with a party of 8. There is a myriad of food options, inviting cocktails, and a nicely put together wine list that lets you know there is genuinely alot of effort from the owner and staff. The service is endearing and correctly attentive and they decanted my bottle of châteauneuf-du-pape I requested well. The starters are all excellent, Brussels sprouts with the kimchi is exciting and so tasty and the Foccacia would please anyone when paired with the accompanying whipped ricotta and balsamic/olive oil. While I loved the Harissa brown sugar lamb ribs I wish they had a little more meat. The entrees were all stellar with the start of the show being the Pan Roasted Duck Breast and Chicken Coq Au Vin. The Duck is so tender with the confit duck fried black rice, apricot herb chutney just enlightening the whole dish. The Chicken Coq Au Vin is rich and filling with a very generous portion I don’t think anybody could not love this. The Elk is probably the best I’ve ever and was brilliantly cooked but the cherry compote and curry is just complimenting the elk wonderfully. Lastly the trout was fresh and similarly to the rest was a great meal with the Black rice-quinoa being so unique and the green dressing with tomato pesto just brings the whole dish to life! All the desserts are unique and wonderful with the accompanying wine pairings being great! I’m a Level 2 Somm and I was with guest that can be hard to please at times and had no complaints from anyone our whole service. This was a wonderful meal and service through and through!

Google
Twisted Fern is a wonderful dining experience in Park City. The service was impeccable—the water was refilled, the server was very attentive to when conversations were happening and creating a nice flow to the meal. We started with the homemade focaccia & Brussels sprouts. I ordered the penne ragu which was very well made. Two of our group ordered the trout and they loved it. Additionally the hamburger and the other pasta. We got the brownie sundae for dessert.

Google
Don’t write this place off because it’s off the beaten path. This may have been the best dinner we had in Park City. Everything we ordered was delicious. The pork chop, the scallops, the duck breast were all absolutely incredible. Really enjoyed our drinks too!

Google
Stopped for dinner on our way to Reno. My son had the trout salad and I had the black kale caesar salad with an added piece of trout; we shared the baked Brie appetizer. The appetizer was delicious; the Brie was wrapped in pastry and accompanied by a tasty fruit compote. However the Brie was barely warm and hard to slice. I would have expected the cheese to be soft, gooey, and spreadable. I noticed the next table’s Brie was the same. My son enjoyed the trout salad. My kale salad was not as good; not enough dressing and the kale was quite tough. My mistake for ordering kale, but the combination just didn’t work. We both enjoyed the trout; it was tender and quite tasty but I would have preferred crispy skin. Not bad, but not great.

Yelp
Here's the play. If you're staying at an Airbnb and want to get groceries for the week, book a reservation here your first night in town. Food was excellent and our server was fun and informative about the menu. Cocktails were good and they have a decent wine selection. After dinner walk over to the grocery store next door and do your shopping. Grocery store stays open late and it will save you time and a couple Uber rides just to get groceries. Only complaint was the music was pretty dated/generic, but it's a mountain town and everyone knows the 80s/90s radio hits they were playing.

Yelp
Overall, a great quality spot in the mountains!! Modern restaurant vibe, open and inviting. Sat at the bar. Bar service was good and attentive. Hostess stand needs some training though, maybe it's a generational thing but don't come over to help your fellow host and say "what's he saying???" Need to teach them confidence to speak clearly and be more inviting... Food was great. Got the elk. Very well prepared. Dessert was good. Bread pudding was solid very quality ingredients. Only knock on the bread pudding was the mousse was dense, as was the bread pudding. Would have preferred one being a bit lighter or both. Good option around town.

Yelp
Very good place, kid friendly. Food is really fresh and tasty. Joe was amazing, we came with my son and we were so hungry and grumpy. he managed appetizers right away, he was so nice. The place is killing it, honestly the place can't do this well without a good manager. We ate grass fed burger, trout, ELK was exceptional, salad was fresh, beets were delicious too.

Yelp
Recently had a great meal here. Simple ambience but well worth it for the cocktails and food. Everything from the pork chop to the pork ragu to the vegetable sides were well cooked and tasty. Did try the dessert but will be sure to next time. Last excellent and attentive service.

Yelp
Best Brussels and ragu I've ever had. Pure flavor. 100% recommend coming here. Gabriella was amazing too. 10/10 hands down!!!

Anonymous A.

Yelp
Appetizers were amazing, didn't know carrots could taste so good. The chips were too salty and brittle for the trout dip though. The elk was incredible, tasted like a filet mignon with a delicious curry crust to it. It was a bit too salty for my taste but still great. Desserts were great too and came in a hot cast iron.
google avatar

Georgia G.

Yelp
Wonderful relaxed atmosphere and amazing food that has flavors and plating making it an elevated culinary experience. Every single thing I had was great. Brussel sprouts were a must, pear salad was fantastic, loved the trout, and of course a good gf brownie. Would definitely be back. Thank you Julia for the great service.

Yelp
Came here after a day of snowboarding at Park City. Portion sizes were large for the price and food was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. The vibe of the restaurant is more casual and not overly fancy.

Yelp
Really good food and I would definitely come back! The restaurant is great for a date night- super cute inside, spacious, plenty of bar seating too. Crispy Polenta with Mushrooms 8/10: I loved the texture of the crispy cakey polenta and the mushrooms had a savory slightly spicy undertone to it. Delicious! Ragu Rigatoni 8/10: this was a really solid standard rigatoni! No complaints. I liked the ricotta cheese on top and could've had the pasta a *little* less al dente but otherwise really solid choice. Duck 10/10: delicious, amazing, outstanding duck! These flavors were an insane punch in the mouth of creamy comforting but also slightly zingy. The butternut squash puree paired so well with the spice-packed duck. Can't recommend this enough. Coconut tapioca pudding with caramelized bananas 8/10: this was also a really delicious dessert. My only suggestion would be to make the tapioca pudding cold. We recently went to an Indian restaurant that served the coconut tapioca pudding over ice and that was a great way to cool down our palate.
google avatar

Jasmine C.

Yelp
If I was to give a rating based on the mushroom bucatini then this would say 2 stars. The pasta has little to no flavor and adding just a LITTLE salt went a long way. HOWEVER, the meat dishes were SO good. The elk was so perfectly seared, the duck was so tender, and the pork chops was wonderful as well. The service was good-ish. They were serving the wrong dishes to us and getting everyone's order confused. They did however comp us for any and all mistakes they made which was very very generous. I would definitely go again and probably just not bring any vegetarians as the vegetarian dishes were very subpar.
google avatar

Yelp
Could be the best restaurant in Park City. Very unassuming and hidden away, but the food is incredible. Everything on the menu looked great, but the focaccia and the Brussels sprouts are super good. The scallops were also 10/10. The entire staff was great as well, super friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!
google avatar

David B.

Yelp
Had not been here for 4 years or so. Was great then and it's still great. They just expanded into the space next door - nicely done. Splurged for the elk steak and it did not disappoint! Lots of meat. Mrs B has the mushroom rigatoni and loved it. Started with the octopus (yum) and the crispy chickpeas (yum).

Yelp
Wanted to make a reservation, but required a credit card hold with a $25 per person cancellation fee. I understand why they do this, but when there is 100% availability with no times filled for the next day and you can just walk in, seems excessive. Just a HUGE turnoff. Will be trying some place else.

Yelp
I really was hoping this would be better. The menu was attractive and had good reviews. I was pretty disappointed overall though. -1 star In general there were too many ingredients in each dish and then there was no guarantee you could even taste the items in description. Like with the brussel sprouts I got the lightest hint of peanut only when really scrapping the bottom. My duck was in a soup or something I couldn't tell you. -1 star the basic cookery was off. They said the chef cooked the duck medium rare. As I know there is a difference of opinion on what constitutes medium rare duck, I tell them I mean 125 degrees. My duck came out from the kitchen grey which is NOT 125 degrees. Maybe it was sous vide before but just tell me you can't do it. Also the skin was not fully rendered. Honestly I can cook better duck myself and this was $44 for two grey strips of duck breast. My wife said her trout was also poorly rendered. You can rightly say I should have raised these issues with the restaurant but no evidence they could fix and my wife didn't want me to make a fuss (after I was already specific about the temp.) -1 service was rushed for no reason. Was in and out in an hour even with me like pushing back the waiter from taking every order up front. I don't belive any bread was offered not huge issue but for what I spent (yes it's park city but is in a random strip mall).

Yelp
Outstanding service and delicious food! Cool little restaurant in the middle of a strip mall. My husband and I always order octopus it's on a menu. The Spanish Octopus appetizer was perfection! We shared the Pork Ragu with spicy ricotta and the Shorty Melt. Both dishes were fantastic! We also tried a couple of the homemade sodas. The white peach was good, the mango wasn't our favorite. We wished we had room for dessert. We saw people ordering the brownie sundae and wished we had saved room for it!
google avatar

Nicole G.

Yelp
What a gem we found! This is tucked away in a strip but don't let that discourage you. This place is sooo good! Fresh food and great wine! We really enjoyed everything. The dessert. Oh, the dessert. I still think about it. Banana Brûlée- fresh banana topped with the same thing as a crème brûlée, coconut pudding or tapioca in the middle with fresh berries. The flavors were great and wasn't just a pile of sugar. It was refreshing and oh so delicious!

Yelp
The first time I dined at Twisted Fern I was part of a large group of 8. We ordered a variety of dishes and everyone was pleased with the food. Service was great from start to finish and the restaurant is nice and clean with some cute decor. My friend and I loved the food so much we returned a couple weeks later. I highly recommend the green acres cocktail, the duck breast entree, and any of their desserts.

David R.

Yelp
Service was excellent. The food was creative and delicious. Great place to have dinner.
google avatar

Jill A.

Yelp
Great service and food but not really much in the way of atmosphere. Tucked into the strip mall near The Market. The dishes are creative, locally sourced with that farm to table flare.
google avatar

Trina K.

Yelp
We cannot prevent others from receiving preferential treatment, but we can choose to leave the table when humane treatment and positive vibes are not being served. We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation and stood around with two other groups (2 and 4) to be seated. The other two-person party was a walk-in, and the second party member arrived AFTER us. The party of four stated they called and were told that they could be accommodated. (As a point of reference, a reservation requires you to provide a credit card at booking.) The hostess told me that the diners at "my" table had already paid, so it would be just a few moments before I could be seated. Afterwards, she departed to seat the party of two (who did not have a reservation) AND the party of four who called about availability and were told to come over. The hostess returned to seat us more than 15 minutes later. But just before she did, another duo entered the restaurant withOUT a reservation and were told they would be seated immediately after we were. As we were being walked to "our" table, I noticed it was an arm length away from the first couple without a reservation (who arrived after us) and the family of four who called before arriving. As I unrolled my napkin to place it in my lap, the hostess returned with the newly arrived duo and seated them in the corner near us. Then, she placed a pile of place settings on a four person table and combined it with a two person table next to it. Less than a minute later, she led in a family of six who had presumably arrived after she had seated us. Finally noticing the hostess hustled and moved with purpose for EVERY other group shook me at my core. It was then that I finally realized we were not welcomed. As I attempted to overcome my apprehension and experience what we were told would be a delicious meal, I realized we had only one menu but two drink menus. As we waited to get someone's attention for a second or QR code, I decided it was time to spend money where I would be welcomed with open arms and treated with respect. The moral of the story is that, while the food is reportedly delicious, all customers are not treated as equal.
google avatar

Kelly W.

Yelp
Everyone I met in Park City recommended this place. We had to go even though it was after a food tour. We ordered the smoked fish dip at the request of everyone and it did not disappoint. The seasonal bucatini was some of the best I have ever had. Will be back!
google avatar

Yelp
Twisted Fern I'm a bit behind on writing my review but I definitely didn't want to skip over it! We went up to Park City a couple weeks ago for a quick staycation and decided on a whim to give Twisted Fern a try. I am so mad that I had never been before! Everything was spectacular. The decor is simple, but very warm and welcoming with natural elements, which is exactly what you want up in PC. We arrived a bit earlier than our reservation and assumed we would have to wait, but they were very friendly and accommodating and got us seated as quickly as they could. Service was spectacular. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Even people who weren't waiting on us would stop and fill our waters if they noticed they were low. They were helpful with drink and menu suggestions and explained everything so well. We ordered the cheese plate, which was a bit small for the price but really was curated so well. And I could eat that jalapeño raspberry jam with a spoon! We also had the Striped Bass and the Utah Elk, both of which had us nearly licking our plates. And each of the cocktails were perfect! Definitely making this a "must" on my Park City list!
google avatar

Rick S.

Yelp
Creative menu. Good quality food. Chef owner is always a plus. Now that they expanded I can get a table at this hot spot.
google avatar

Priya K.

Yelp
Must visit when in park city. This is American food with a very creative twist. The menu is so unique and each dish prepared with so much attention to detail. We started with ricotta and beets with pistachio vinaigrette, so refreshing and perfect starter. For main my husband tried chicken and I had shiitake fritters. I have never had pakoras done so beautifully. The batter was light and crisp and it was served with roasted cauliflower and curry popcorn. So unique and delicious. They gave good wine and beer selection and some creative cocktails. Service was top notch!
google avatar

Tara V.

Yelp
Such a great experience. I thought service like this was dead. Super friendly people. Attentive. My water glass was alway full. They were knowledgeable about the gluten content on their menu and could make recommendations. They also have a dedicated fryer! It wasn't overly loud. Tastefully decorated and still casual enough to go in jeans and a sweater.
google avatar

Christine K.

Yelp
I stopped in at Twisted Fern for an impromptu dinner and was very impressed. The margarita was delicious and the trout salad was plentiful and flavorful. The restaurant was not crowded (it's the shoulder season) and it's nice that they are open. During prime time make a rez. I'll be back again soon for sure!
google avatar

Sir Magnus S.

Yelp
Excellent nourishing food w fantastic bar service from JP. Loved the mocktails and the lamb polenta. See ya next winter
google avatar

Bruce G.

Yelp
Found this place first night visiting Park City and we are glad we did. Absolutely loved the Brussel Sprouts as they were cooked to perfection and the burger was beyond delicious. We showed up at 5 and sat at the bar which was a nice change of pace. The bar tender, forgot his name, was great and made our experience that much better. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for good food with a unique twist.
google avatar

Erin Y.

Yelp
Came here for dinner and shared a couple of plates while having some drinks at the bar. Spanish Octopus: Absolutely amazing and a must order, prepared perfectly Flatbread: New on the menu and was a bit of a let down, the toppings were average and the dough itself was cold & chewy Short Rib Special: Was prepared well but was not seasoned - overall was average and nothing memorable
google avatar

Ellena K.

Yelp
Very good food and fun atmosphere. Fun to sit on the patio. Service is fast and staff is very helpful and kind. Dishes are always unique and they always have vegan options available
google avatar

Craig A.

Yelp
Ate here tonight for the first time and had a five star experience! I ordered the pan fried trout and it was delicious. It was served in a bowl with some grains and greens. I was in the mood for a super healthy meal and this fit perfectly. The service was very prompt and responsive. They have a substantial drink list and a good selection of beer and wine. The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. Highly recommended! Be sure to make a reservation.
google avatar

Shreya P.

Yelp
A famous place in park city, honestly did not deliver for the price. Ordered the chickpeas, octopus, trout and veg pasta. Wish I liked this place but save your money and go to powder at the waldorf instead or another local place
google avatar

Beth S.

Yelp
The octopus appetizer is a must. The portion is large enough for an entree. This dish is inspired, but beware, it's not always on the menu. Others in our party enjoyed the trout salad, duck, trout entree and chicken. My husband claimed the chicken entree was the best he'd ever eaten in a restaurant. The staff, Joe and Julia, were charming and efficient. Only 4 stars because it's pricey for what you get and wines don't deserve those prices. Prices are higher than Ruth Chris, and the ambiance doesn't compare.
google avatar

Andrea A.

Yelp
This place was amazing! We had all the courses and tried all of the things. It was all fantastic. I happen to love octopus and have had it all over the world. Including Spain, where it's supposed to be the best....Twisted Fern was the best I've had!
google avatar

KJ M.

Yelp
Loved this place! So good food and the service was amazing! Definitely plan to come back when I'm back in town!
google avatar

Yelp
Fantastic The staff very friendly and accommodating Had the trout did, eggplant dish and relleno appetizer - we split everything (2 people) and left completely satisfied Great vegan / whole food options

Yelp
We arrived early for our reservation and thought we'd just have a cocktail at the bar while we waited. A very weird experience with the host, who seemed confused and then had to set up place settings for us at the bar. But all good, we sat down and tried The Dirty Chai Latte Martini and the Kentucky Bramble (which were both delicious!) They were served with an absolute *scowl* from the bartender, who was definitely overworked behind the tiny bar with the surprisingly long menu of complex cocktails. But still, when I ordered my drink she made a sound that insinuated that either 1) the drink was disgusting or 2) she loathed me. As I said, the drink was delicious, so... Anyway. We were sat at our reservation time and we're happy to find that we had a delightful waiter, who was easily able to help us make our menu selections. The octopus starter was absolutely delicious- definitely worth trying. I loved my white bean and spinach ravioli-- the green sauce was DIVINE and the pomegranate seeds added a necessary pop of flavor to complete the dish. My husband enjoyed his fish and the side of roasted carrots, but said it wasn't anything too special. Dessert blew us away-- the coconut tapioca was fantastic!
google avatar

Heidi M.

Yelp
Good restaurant if you are in Park City. It's only a short bus ride from any location. Uber/Lyft works well too. The food here is excellent! Fresh ingredients and great flavors. My husband started with the octopus and loved it. I personally am not a fan. The open-faced short rib sandwich was unlike anything I have ever tasted. I am not a fan of rye bread but ate it all. The flavors work so well together. It went well with the salad. I really enjoyed the mac and cheese. Dessert was, for lack of a better word, different. I was not keen on the poached pear but the cake had a smooth taste. Don't feel the flavors meshed well. As far as the drinks not impressed with the bar. I had a good german hefeweizen. Overall tasty but on the pricey side but what place isn't in Park City?
google avatar

Weston P.

Yelp
For the price, you would expect the food and service to be better. The food appeared to have a lot of flavor, but most of the dishes were nothing that I would crave to eat. They also said that we shouldn't change our seating because it will make it harder to bring out the right plates, but they still gave people the wrong food anyways.

Joshua E.

Yelp
Wife and I went for our anniversary making reservations on a Saturday night. Staff was welcoming, recommend their Utah Elk *it might have been tenderloin I forget exactly. Fantastic food, wife enjoyed her dish as well. We got two desserts: one German chocolate cake I think it, which was good, but the shortcake was probably the best I have had. Would definitely recommend, for the two of us with two desserts and coffees was around $100 before tip (the elk is $50).
google avatar

Bailey C.

Yelp
Food is great, atmosphere is good, not bad just not the atmosphere and vibe that you get from some of the spots on Main Street, but the price is reflective of it so for that reason I still think it's great! Would def go back! Service at the bar was great, very attentive.
google avatar

Yelp
i thought this place was excellent. true farm to table vibes and amazing food. we came here w a party of 6 and this was the perfect order - 1 trout dip 11/10 SO GOOD AND CREAMY - 1 spanish octopus 10.5/10 delicious and soft - 2 trout 9/10 so flakey and soft and the quinoa w salsa was fantastic - 2 pork chop 10/10 - 2 elk 6/10 - 1mac and cheese 10/10 - 1 cheese cake 10/10 - 1 brownie sundae 9/10 everything was fantastic! my favorite was the mac and cheese and pork chop. the elk was okay. i felt like i was in a cute cozy cabin

Yelp
Highly recommend Twisted Fern. The staff and food was amazing! Great atmosphere for dinner after a day on the slopes. Group's favorite included the SPANISH OCTOPUS and CHICKEN JOYCE FARMS HALF-CHICKEN, CARROT RISOTTO CAKE, SWISS CHARD, CHERRY-PEAR SALSA, CABERNET REDUCTION. Thanks to the awesome bartender for the photo shoot! We will be back.

Yelp
We ordered the octopus, pork chop, shorty melt, and mac and cheese. Blackened Octopus: 10/10 favorite dish of the night! The octopus was tender and the flavors of everything else on the plate were delicious and complemented the octopus well. We kept raving about the sesame brittle. A nice Spanish tapas-like appetizer. Pork Chop: 9/10 it was a thick boy! The pork chop was cooked well and had a really tasty candied coating. I thought the goat cheese mousse was an odd pairing but the potatoes were tasty. Shorty Melt: 4/10 Disappointing. The braised short rib was dry but I enjoyed the side salad Mac and cheese: 6/10 bland and needed sharper flavor. We had some as leftovers the next day and added salt, pepper, and Gouda to it and it tasted great. Service: 10/10 Lovely attentive waitress who gave us great recommendations. She said the octopus was her all time favorite item on the menu and it was true for our meal too!

Yelp
I cannot say enough amazing things about Twisted Fern! My fiancé and I went here for dinner to celebrate our engagement, and it was a wonderful experience. There was champagne at our table when we arrived, and for food we ordered the chicken with a side of Mac and cheese. I'm not kidding, this was THE BEST chicken I've ever had. From now on, I will compare everything to the chicken at Twisted Fern. It was perfectly cooked and so tender, but crispy on the outside. I can't wait to go back for it some day! The Mac and cheese was super delicious too! Our server was very kind, and she gave us recommendations for other restaurants to check out for the remainder of our trip. Overall, I loved Twisted Fern, and it's definitely worth checking out if you're in Park City!

Yelp
Holy moly the food is amazing! I am NOT a foodie by any stretch however I received excellent recommendations from our lovely server Elizabeth and each dish out did the next. Seriously hands down the BEST pastrami macaroni and cheese ever, definitely ranked at the top of Brussel sprouts I've ever had and an amazing pork chop. The drinks were solid. I selfishly ate more than my fair share. No regrets!

Yelp
My family and I dined at Twisted Fern for the first time yesterday. We were excited over the wide range of dishes that seemed pretty unique and delicious. We ended up ordering the crispy chickpeas, Spanish octopus, gem salad, shiitake fritters, elk, 3 cheese Mac, and the tapioca pudding for dessert. The food came pretty quickly, but was well spaced out. Everything was delicious: my favorites were probably the chickpeas, elk, and shiitake fritters. I recommend this place for anyone wanting tasty American food and willing to try some more unique items!
