An Eater’s Guide to Prince Edward Island, Canada’s Seafood Destination | Eater

"This hands‑on oyster program combines a tour of the processing plant with a boat outing to tong for oysters, a lesson in shucking, and a meal at the company's oyster bar; the fee covers instruction and an oyster knife that guests may take home, offering a direct, educational taste of local shellfish production." - Amanda Gabriele

Beauty and Brine: Prince Edward Island Is an Oyster-Lover’s Paradise | Bon Appétit

"A boutique oyster operation that both farms and sources wild oysters from local fishers, this business pairs a processing plant with a no‑frills oyster bar upstairs where you can enjoy live music and learn about shellfish nuances. Founded in 2017 by Jeff Noye and Damien Enman, the team ships directly to restaurants (including notable city spots), offers tonging experiences when available, and emphasizes how seasonal conditions—heavy rain, pre‑winter feeding, or May scarcity—shape each week’s flavor profile. The co‑owner’s shucking prowess (part of a team holding a Guinness shucking record) and the company’s role in the annual Oyster Festival underscore its community prominence." - ByChantal Martineau

Based on previous review, we stopped into this quaint spot while traveling through the area. It did not disappoint although it was quiet based on our early afternoon visit, but staff Avery and Jenna were awesome and provided good hospitality and conversation at the bar. My husband was not disappointed with the large oysters and I enjoyed the mussels and fried oysters. A definite recommendation to visit if you are close by!

The best oysters we had during our three week tour of the maritimes. But also maybe the best oyster po-boy of all time. This place seems super unique - it isn’t going to win any design awards, with the dining room being in a dark barn area - they host dinner theater shows that people apparently come from all over PEI to see. The owner is passionate and creative and I wish everyone associated with the business the best — it made our trip!

Loved everything about this place! Great ambiance inside & outside, and all the food we had was excellent. You can even order oyster boxes to-go from the fishery located just downstairs - it can’t be more fresh than that. 200% worth the visit!

If you love seafood and find yourself in the Tyne Valley area, this spot is a must. The seafood is fresh and absolutely delicious, and the service is just as great. Definitely worth a visit!

My girls and I stopped in and had dinner on Sunday evening after a random Google search showed us this restaurant. It’s our first time to PEI and I’ve got to tell you that every one of us has talked about this restaurant since. The food was amazing. I’m still thinking about my fish cakes! Just wanted to shout out our lovely server whose name I can’t remember, but she was on shift by herself and was doing an incredible job of balancing her very busy workload well still being so lovely and we appreciated her! Can’t wait to come back our next time in PEI.

NICE surroundings, GREAT service and EXCELLENT food! We always jump at the chance when we see fried oysters available and they did not disappoint. Started with a cup of seafood chowder which is loaded with a ton of seafood and has a nice consistency. Really should of just had the chowder for a meal, it was very filling. Entree was the fried oyster dinner with huge amount of french fries. Oysters were nice size and so fresh tasting. Breading not too heavy. Husband had the onion rings, also good. I forgot to take picture of our dessert which was a maple cheesecake I glass jar. It was sooo good. I think a local baker makes all their desserts. Everything on the menu sounded good. I wish we were here another day to try something else!
