15 Best Warm and Cozy Restaurants in Savannah | Eater Carolinas

"On the west end of City Market, an omnipresent crowd lines up for Vinnie’s pizza pies and fresh spinach salads. Once cash-only, the pint-sized pizza joint now also accepts cards for its massive $4.50 slices with Neapolitan-style crust. While the lively outdoor patio overlooks scenic Franklin Square, the best seat may be inside by the well-worn wooden bar." - Colleen McNally Arnett

The 15 Best Restaurants In Savannah, Georgia

"Ask any Savannah College of Art and Design student and they’ll tell you how many evenings they’ve spent at Vinnie Van Go Go's, a Neapolitan pizzeria near Ellis Square named after Vincent Van Gogh. The heaping $4.50 slices drape over the sides of the plates and make for a perfect quick and affordable meal that doesn’t sacrifice quality for the not-so-starving artists. If you’re with a group, order a whole pie (we like the white pizza) to eat on the patio with a couple of beers. Just know that the pick-up window usually gets busier as the night goes on and the rowdiness of nearby River Street picks up." - caroline eubanks

18 Essential Restaurants to Savor in Savannah

"Some Savannah diners have had a late-night Vinnie Van GoGo’s slice without knowing they had a late-night Vinnie Van GoGo’s slice (the city is known for allowing open containers, and sometimes visitors may overindulge). The menu is both simple and beloved. Choose from whole New York-style pies, slices, calzones, and spinach salads. With all the favorite toppings like spicy Italian sausage, spinach, and fresh mushrooms, honestly, it’s not at all forgettable." - Elizabeth Bowers

Google
Tried Winnie Van Go-Go in Savannah and loved it! I had the white sauce pizza with olives it was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The crust was just right, and the white sauce gave it a nice creamy twist. Paired it with a sweet tea, which was refreshing and perfect for the warm day. The van setup is super cute and gives off great vibes. A fun and tasty stop highly recommended!

Google
We went on a Friday afternoon for a quick bite to eat. The gentleman working was very friendly and kind. We got two plain slices. The slices are pretty big and filling plus the price definitely worth it. Not too greasy, lighter style crust with a tasty sauce. Definitely worth checking out if you're visiting and a pizza lover.

Google
Vinnie’s is the absolute best pizza place you will find in Savannah (or anywhere). HUGE shout out to our girl, Grace - always providing the BEST service, and always making sure our pizza is on-point! Whether you’re stopping in for a full pie or just a slice, it is a “MUST” when you visit Savannah. Great food, great service, great atmosphere and great price! If you encounter a line - trust me, it’s worth the wait. It’s also in City Market, which is an awesome place to explore if you’re visiting. We love Vinnie’s!

Google
Went for late night pizza and beer. They have great deals and the pizza was soooo good. Not greasy and very filling. I don’t think the pictures here do justice to the size of the slices….we ordered two slices each and that was a mistake! The slices are huge and very filling. Service was prompt, attentive, and kind. Pub like atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone in Savannah!

Google
Absolutely delicious pizza—crispy crust, fresh toppings, and full of flavor! A must-try if you're in town. But do yourself a favor and skip the sweet tea—it missed the mark. At least it did while I was there. Seemed salty for some strange reason. You can tap to pay now or scan a QR code which is pretty convenient. Let me know what you think about the pizza!

Google
What an amazing pizza place. We tried to eat here last time we visited Savannah but the line was too long. We ordered the medium pizza with mushrooms. The server suggested we do half red sauce and half white sauce and she was spot on. It was delicious and just fresh out of the oven. We sat outside and it was beautiful day. Our server was super sweet and we’ll definitely be back next time we are in town.

Google
On the weekends you can find street parking. We paid to park in a private lot on a weekday. When we ordered there was a bit of a line for Vinnie Van GoGo's. It was only available to go. There was outdoor seating. Some of the tables were a bit messy. Overall we really enjoyed the crunchy and fresh crust plus the toppings. My husband tried the pepperoni slice and I tried the slice of the day. It had olive oil, chicken, green peppers, tomato and cheese. It was tasty!

Google
Great pizza. We got two mediums to try multiple one white pizza with pepperoni, hamburger and feta. I do wish there was more hamburger on it as it was very spread out. Lots of herbs and spices in the white sauce. Another red with pepperoni and salami- we wanted basil and the server let us know they don’t have it so we did put the dry oregano on top to give that slight kick to it. Sat down and 2 of us were full after 2 slices, they do cut the whole pizzas in smaller slices than if you order just one. But if you’re not looking for left overs go with the slice. The waiter was relatively new but we couldn’t tell until making friends and asking. The refill situation could’ve been better but he was very nice and got them quickly once asked.

Yelp
So I thought this was a touristy spot. It is, but it also has some of the best pizza I've ever had!! I saw it on recommended pizza in Savannah lists. So I decided to try it! I'm disappointed I didn't years ago! It is a super yummy thin pizza you can order by the slice or a whole pizza. Simple but perfect ingredients. It came out super hot and melty. Service was awesome at the bar and also at the to go stand. Amazing pizza in Savannah. Don't be dumb like me and miss out!

Yelp
Great food. Great waitress! BUT, Nasty hostess. Such attitude! She asked if we needed anything. There was no salt on our table. She said she would get it. Never came! And she walked by us multiple times. Maybe she is better suited for McDonald's.
google avatar

Nick B.

Yelp
Right in the city market you'll find this always busy pizza spot - a bit of a tourist spot... I wasn't overly impressed with my slice. For me, the tomato sauce & crust are everything & both were unassuming in my slice. The visibly negative element was the crust looked/tasted a bit burnt. Quick service was a major upside Overall, I feel indifferent... may give it a try again in the future.

Yelp
Vinny van Gogo was an enjoyable meal. It's a tourist trap for Savannah. But it actually is a good meal. I've had both the calzones and the actual pizza. They were both excellent I prefer the calzones a little bit more. They seem to have a better flavor. Not a huge fan of their sausage. It is sausage cut into pieces "not my favorite" But still very tasty. The whole family seemed to enjoy their meals. There was no complaints. We've had both takeout and dine in and both meals were extremely good. It's a tourist trap, but it does have a good pizza .
google avatar

Yelp
The pizza here is excellent, especially for a touristy area. What's even crazier is that while the prices are high they aren't crazy high--once again, for a touristy area. I had this pizza a few years ago and I remember it being good, but I don't remember it being this good. I do remember it was cash-only at that time, but now you can add to one of your lifelong debts for pizza (pizza is worth it). Service was good. They even told me where to get a Red Bull for the ride home and how long it would take--it would take less than eight minutes, which was how long my pizza took. Definitely recommended! I also recommend Savannah. A cool city.

Yelp
We were on the hunt for a quick and easy lunch while exploring Savannah and the City Market area. This was just the place! We ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza each for the 5 of us which was the perfect amount. These slices were huge! Pizza was greasy but came out super hot and was exactly what we needed it to be - cheap and quick! I believe each slice was $5.
google avatar

Yelp
We showed up 45 minutes before closing with a group of 14. The sign on the hostess stand says they don't do groups of more than 10. No problem! We will split into two groups. Hostess tells us they can't do that. She goes to check with someone else. A man comes out and says they can't do two groups of 7. No problem. We will split into smaller groups, totally separate tickets, whatever is needed. There are several open tables. Man doesn't seem like to this idea either but reluctantly agrees and goes to the back. First family (group of 4) sits down at a table. Man comes back out, starts hurriedly putting tables together and tells the hostess that he will agree to two tables of 7 so "we can just get it over with!" We clearly weren't wanted, so we left and found another restaurant who happily took our money.

Yelp
This is a very simple kind of pizza joint. There are no appetizers three kinds of sauce for the pizza (you pick your toppings) and a spinach salad. They have beer, soda, brewed sweet tea, and water. It was a great day outside so we ate outside. There were stickers on the windows and I wished I had a sticker to add to the windows. The pizza was cooked perfectly. The server was good.
google avatar

Jaslyn S.

Yelp
Stopped in here for a quick pizza got pepperoni and garlic on pizza , was crispy and good. Things coming from a Chicago girl who loves her pizza joints . Definitely better than I expected service was quick and friendly. If you didn't want to dine there , they also had a side order area where you could take orders to go. Inside not large but had outside patio. Very chill place , not fancy .
google avatar

Mark S.

Yelp
The ordering process was very smooth. The pizza was ready when specified. And the people were super friendly. The restaurant was hopping when I picked up the pizza and looked like it had a fun vibe. The pizza was great. Flavorful, tons of toppings. Too delicious to stop eating. We will be ordering again.

Yelp
Could smell the pizza while walking around the shops that day. They were a little busy around early dinner time and we had a carriage tour booked so we came back a little later. We were seated quickly on the outside patio. We all agreed to share a large mushroom and pepperoni pizza. This is NY style pizza and the pie was huge. The 5 of us did manage to eat the whole pie and really enjoyed the pizza. It did start to storm badly while we were there, but they rolled down the side flaps and we shifted our table a bit and we only had a little splash on us. Great place to sit and eat or you can grab a slice at their to go window.
google avatar

Yelp
Molto benne!! awesome pizza! Amazing atmosphere! Everything is just right be aware though! The slices are HUGE!!!
google avatar

Rob D.

Yelp
The pizza was average. Perfectly fine nothing wrong with the pizza. Nothing great either though. Place is small Employees do well, they are super busy but do well with waiting tables in a tight space. Decent place just nothing special I wouldn't bother making a 2nd trip here next time I'm back in town.

Yelp
The pizza was delicious-- hit the spot; and the service was good, too! Definitely recommend.

Yelp
I was browsing the top 100 pizza spots on Yelp and happened to see this gem. We were visiting Savannah for the weekend so lucked out by hearing about Vinnies beforehand. It's among the city market and a must not miss. We sat at the bar which I would highly recommend. They were playing dance music and treated you like regulars. You could watch them making the pizza and the staff work their butts off for the packed restaurant. Drinks were well priced and our slice of Za came out in 10 minutes. We split one piece because we were just having a snack but I would've gladly had more. The crust, cheese and sauce were phenomenal. Totally understand why it's on the top 100 list.

Yelp
Pizza lovers heaven! Vinnie's never disappoints. Their pizza comes out hot, fresh and delicious. This slice swallows the paper plate. Sitting outside is awesome and relaxing while watching people enjoy historic Savannah. The service is always friendly, fast, attentive and makes you feel like they are glad to see you. Gotta try this place!

Yelp
We're seated right away on the patio. Split a 14 inch pizza with my husband. It was very good and service was good too. Some patrons were loud but such is patio dining.

Yelp
We got three large pizzas from Vinnie Van Go Go's last Friday to carry out for dinner at my friend's bachelorette party. Originally, we'd hoped for delivery, but that wasn't available when we placed our order, so my friend and I drove over to pick our pizzas up after ordering online. They were very busy, even just an hour before close. I stayed in my friend's car to make sure nothing happened to it while she went inside to get our order, but I could see the restaurant from where we parked and it looked like there was a long line. Looks like patio seating is available. Kind of nice. Other than that, can't really remark on the atmosphere. My friend took a while getting our pizzas and came back reporting they seemed a little disorganized. The man she originally spoke to acted as though he had no idea what she was talking about when she walked up to claim our online order, and he eventually had to find someone else to help her. They managed to figure out the location of our order and give it to her. We took our food back to the Airbnb and shared it with ~9 people. Three large pizzas were MORE than enough for our group; if we ordered again, we'd probably keep it to 2. We got one cheese, one pepperoni, and one veggie pizza so everyone would have something they liked. I usually prefer pepperoni pizza, but I really like pizza with light amounts of sauce, and after comparing the cheese vs the pepperoni, I opted for a slice of cheese as it looked less saucy. My opinion on it was...it was fine? The cheese was gooey/chewy, which I liked. Still a little too much sauce for my preference. The crust was probably the best part -- not gluey, with nice chewiness/crispness depending on the bite. It was pretty greasy overall though. Honestly, except for the crust, which was superior, I didn't find it too different from a Domino's cheese pizza. That being said, I'm hardly a pizza aficionado, lol. This place served its purpose and fed a bunch of hungry women looking to stay in for the night, so we appreciate it!

Yelp
Stumbles upon this pizza spot in the corner of City Market. It was the perfect thing to grab after a day of drinking. The slices were $4.50 each. Not bad. Big slice and that was tasty and fulfilling. Pizza was hot and crispy. Definitely recommend.
google avatar

John R.

Yelp
Not a very friendly place. We were seated at the bar. At least five or six staff members walked by us and nobody said hello. After nearly ten minutes, honestly, we were ready to go to Graffito or Corelone's. The sausage and black olive calzone was definitely thin crust. The sausage was spicy enough to be interesting. But, despite saying they specialize-- they had no Merlot, no Yuenling, and no unsweetened tea (ok, we are in the south). Not impressed--poor service and none of our drink preferences. Honestly, I make better pizza at home from scratch.
google avatar

John M.

Yelp
Wow. Best Pizza in Savannah. And they have a great spinach salad too. We love it. Atmosphere is nice inside or out, and the service is always excellent. We highly recommend it, especially is you are in the City Market area.
google avatar

Cassie C.

Yelp
We did a ton of walking around Savannah, and we really just wanted to have a quick snack, so we ordered here. This is not your ordinary pizza. I am a pizza fanatic, and I have to tell you that this was one of the best slices I've ever had .It was perfectly crispy. The size of the slice was insane and the freshness was spot on. We got the Garlic and spinach slice. Delicious!!
google avatar

Stephen W.

Yelp
Best pizza ever!! Huge slices and delicious. I want to come here every day of my life lol!!

Yelp
I just love Vinnie's and I finally got a chance to sit inside and witness the making of it all. The host, bartenders/servers, cooks and manager were all great! They were consistently on their feet and involved with every guest. This time I got a slice of ham, pineapple and mushroom with extra cheese and it was everything. The ingredients are so fresh and you can tell the veggies are hand cut. I also got a slice of cheese and one slice of pepperoni for a friend of mine who hasn't tried it. I over heard someone wanting a side of pesto so he made it right there fresh (being who I am I requested a side as well). It was fresh and earthy, honestly I'm only use to pesto in my pasta so having it cold was a different experience. After tasting it I added half a teaspoon of granulated garlic and a tablespoon of grated parmesan and it was perfecto!!! Then I spread it on half of the cheese slice and everyone showed up to the party on time. I don't know if Vinnie's is the best in Savannah but it's my go to for a NY slice in City Market.
google avatar

Andrew S.

Yelp
Wow what an amazing sport. Split a slice of pepperoni and that was more than enough for a lite lunch. Bartender was super nice and we sat inside at the bar. Ambiance was awesome very eclectic inside. Definitely worth stopping in.
google avatar

Beki S.

Yelp
Tried Vinnie Van Go-Go's, tried the pizza. Delicious, great lunch while viewing all the stores in the Savannah downtown shopping area.
google avatar

Kandi G.

Yelp
I'm giving a 5 star review because I absolutely loved their pepperoni pizza! I am a plain cheese pizza fan but their pepperoni pizza is definitely up there on my list. We ordered our medium pizza and waited 20 minutes for a fresh and hot pizza! Staff were present and polite! We didn't eat at the restaurant but had it in my car. We all were a fan. I highly recommend!
google avatar

Scott S.

Yelp
Oh man - I haven't reviewed Vinnie's? I've been going here for over 10 years and it's definitely the most popular pizza in Savannah for slices. Let's talk about pizza in Savannah: You have Screamin' Mimi's. A real solid pizza place in Savannah. Not as good as it once was a few years back. A true NY slice. You have Kay's. This pizza is not the best. Let me just leave it at that. Then you have Vinnie's. A true Savannah classic. It's very consistent and it's a little thicker/puffier than a true New York Slice. It has an amazing char you always get on the bottom/crust. You just can't beat it. Now, I'm so old I remember when Vinnie's were hardcore sticklers about being CASH ONLY. Now, they take cards. My only ding for them is that this place gets POPPIN'. I wouldn't go at night or after 5 personally.

Roberto C.

Yelp
A great slice of NY Style Pizza. Order outside only, sit outside kinda place. Location makes it work.

Yelp
since this year's national beta convention took place in savannah, it's crucial to find good places to eat. i've had a lot of pizza in my life from numerous places, but THIS is by far one of the best i've ever had (tied with paparazzi in panama city). me, my parents, 2 brothers, and grandparents stopped here about 5-ish to have dinner. i was expecting this to be more of a burger restaurant when i heard the name, so i was pleasantly surprised to know thag it was a pizza place. we ordered 3 pizzas: one pepperoni, one meat lover's (i forgot the actual name lol), and one sausage; all large. i burned the crap out of my mouth, which is a good thing. the pizza itself was amazing too. it was also made better by the fact that it's outdoor seating only and that it was in close proximity with franklin square park. the girl that served us was nice. she even took a pic of all of us. the food took ~10-15 minutes to come out, which isn't terribly long, but not too short. there isn't much to the ambience because, again, it was only patio seating. all you can hear is the music from the speakers, the traffic in the background, and emergency vehicle sirens occaisionally. but none of that screws up my 5-star rating of the place. it's all about service, wait times, and having good food, and this plave executed that manner perfectly.
google avatar

Haley B.

Yelp
I'm not sure if this place is overhyped or if I just ordered wrong. We got three huge slices with a few toppings each and it was just okay pizza.
google avatar

Stephanie D.

Yelp
Just go here. Pics don't do it justice. You will not be disappointed! I'm drooling just looking at my picture again. Super delicious pizza!
google avatar

Lara T.

Yelp
Had a really good meal at this predominantly pizza spot in Savannah. The ceilings inside are really low! But luckily we didn't have a problem with this. We were sat within 10 mins on a Sunday afternoon. They have local beers on tap. Service was good. We shared a medium cheese pizza, one slice of white pizza and a calzone, the pizza was delicious, New York style. Great portion size for the calzone and the slice. Definitely a good place if you are looking for some NY style pizza in Savannah.
google avatar

Joy B.

Yelp
Located near a bubbling social area, near the river. There's a paid parking lot ($20/ 10 hours) right across the street. This place was packed with business. We were seated outside on the patio, so we could people watch while we waited/ate. For those with kids, the patio can be very close to the road. So, be careful. The service was pretty good. The server and manager were really nice and even gave us cheese sticks when an order had to be remade. We ordered a medium cheese pizza. We wanted bacon but they didn't have that as a topping. We also ordered a medium pepperoni and mushroom pizza. It came out wrong at first but the staff was super nice about fixing it. The pizza was good. But but pizza was big, we could've easily just ordered the slices instead. The biggest issue with this restaurant is the wait time. Maybe it was because we were starving and also they had a lot of takeout orders, but it felt like it took forever. Overall, it was worth the wait and we'd recommend it!
google avatar

David L.

Yelp
Huge, delicious slices that are well worth the wait... I always stop in to VVGG's during my Savannah stays. After a night of drinking and waking up with that dreaded hangover, one slice of cheese from this staple pizza joint sets my stomach straight!
google avatar

Brian I.

Yelp
Great pizza, big slices , perfect amount of cheese, good sauce. They need more pizza like this in south.
google avatar

Brian S.

Yelp
This is some of the best pizza I had in GA. This place is very popular so the wait can be long but the service is good.
google avatar

Scott W.

Yelp
What is amazing about this place is that everybody has their own opinion on what is the best style pizza. They say that it is Brooklyn style, but that leaves a wide-open interpretation. The only thing I know is that I have had people from five different countries in town and dozens of people from all over the United States and they all agree that this pizza is excellent. The crust is hard to describe, but is perfect and consistent every time. Fresh ingredients, great location and an adequate staff. This is my go to for pizza.
google avatar

Roky Z.

Yelp
Place is a dope little shop in a corner of the Main strip so it's a vibe. Pizza was good I got plain cheese Staff was very friendly maid me feel like I was a local or a regular at that. I must say though... I had the major munchies when I went here so if you high like me ... THIS HIT THE SPOT MY BROTHERS AND SISTERS LOL . If you aren't high this is still a spot where I'd bring my family and kids for sure.
google avatar

Carolyn C.

Yelp
Very large slices of pizza. Great flavor and prices aren't that bad. First time going to this pizzaria. Although this was my second time visiting savannah georgia I either never noticed it or I just never passed by it. I am a pizza lover to the max so there is no way I would have seen this gem and not stopped, even after eating a meal, right before. Kund of like restaurant hopping. One of my favorite things to do. Yes,it is definitely a good place to have a foot long pizza. Make the ling line and sit and wait while smelling the sweets from next door as people open and shut the door to the candy place. Giving you an idea for dessert Enjoy!
google avatar

Rachel W.

Yelp
The pros are the slices are huge. The cons are that it wasn't the most flavorful pizza and when we picked it up the cheese started sliding off. We got our pieces to go so I can't comment on the service but the place looks small.
google avatar

Allison R.

Yelp
Food was ok, but I've had better. The bathrooms were fully vandalized and gross. The area was small inside and was very tight. The service was meh. She was kind of rushing us to get our orders. Wouldn't come back.
google avatar

Skyler G.

Yelp
This place is definitely worth all of the hype! We decided to go on a Saturday at about 2pm and did have to wait however from what I'm told there is always a wait. The staff was very friendly and our food came out within 15 minutes of ordering. We got two slices and they came out amazing!!! This was the best pizza I have had in a very long time and it is certainly worth the wait. Definitely visit if you have a chance!
google avatar

D J.

Yelp
Had two huge pieces of pizza with a draft beer. They have a larger than average bottle and can beer selection. We sat outside and enjoyed what downtown had to offer in the later afternoon. Pizza was large, medium, or very large slices to order. We sat and enjoyed, others ordered to go. Even our hotel valet knew of the large slice offering. It was just enough for us as we wanted to enjoy small bites throughout downtown. Service and staff were good. Will return when in town.
google avatar

Eugene S.

Yelp
A friend recommended Vinnie Van Go-Go's, so we tried it out for lunch today. Wow! The food is really good and the beer ($20 per pitcher) was cold and tasted great on a hot summer day. My wife and I had calzones that were about 12" long and packed with pepperoni, cheese hot Italian sausage. Our friends had a medium pepperoni pizza. Everyone in our group agreed that this is a 5 star pizza shop. The service is good and the staff is friendly. I will definitely return the next time I'm in Savannah.
google avatar

Khoi N.

Yelp
For the price and the quality of pizza, I was surely surprised how delicious it tasted. Dough was perfectly crisp yet doughy. Highly recommend
google avatar

Rick L.

Yelp
OK, line of people every night to have slices at Vinnie Van Go-Go's? Yes. I'm a sucker for getting in a line...trusting the people in the line that they know something that I should know...in this case, that it leads to good pizza. Actually when we finally decided to go for it late afternoon, the line was not what we had seen it be later in the evening...we got lucky! 2 slices...1 cheese and 1 mushroom. They were large. We are small. We managed to down both of them. They were pretty good. The crust was perfectly crispy, and then there was probably too much cheese on the cheese slice...like maybe they added some to an existing pie to reheat for the slice...so not perfect, but it's better than 75% of what else is out there. In the end, I would have stood in the line even if it was longer. Pizza good. Slices big. Hurrah!
google avatar

Kelly H.

Yelp
Love this spot! Yummy pizza and single slices are the size of your head! Heats up well in the toaster oven the following day too!

Yelp
Do not - I repeat - DO NOT call yourself a pizza lover if you pass on Vinnie Van Go-Go's while you're in Savannah. Because I've got New York blood running through my veins, I tell anyone who will listen that I've got a separate stomach just for pizza. When I heard everyone talking (raving, really) about the slices here - both for the size and the quality - I made a point of stopping here before we left the city. Having had it, I can definitely add my voice to the loud Yelp praises of this pizza joint. Folks, the hype here is well-deserved. There's a dine-in area but you're going to have a hard time finding a seat without investing in a long wait. Thankfully, Vinnie Van Go-Go's thoughtfully added a walk-up counter for takeout orders, and there's even a voice amplifier so that you'll have no trouble trotting over when your order is called. My order of two slices charged 8 dollars and change, along with a ten to twelve minutes. Once it was in my hand, I jetted over to my husband, who was waiting nearby at a no-parking spot, and we absolutely DEMOLISHED these slices. The size reminds me of Coronet's, another authentic NYC pizza place with comically large slices (picture below with my hand next to it for reference). But size means nothing it it doesn't taste good, and I'm more than happy to report that this is a true blue New York slice. The sauce, the crust rigidity, the proportions of cheese to sauce to crust....it nearly drew a tear while I was digging in. I don't always get this impassioned about food, but I'll be dreaming about the pizza high from these slices for a long while to come.

Yelp
Stopped for a quick bite. Sat inside as the day was very hot and humid. It's a little tight inside, but air conditioned which was nice. Hostess was the friendliest, but our waitress who was also the bartender, was awesome! Just got a pizza and a couple beers. Must say the pizza was very good New York style. Crisp underneath and not too doughy. It was perfect for what we needed. Worth a stop if you want good pizza Ina casual atmosphere!
