If they can’t create something on-site, they source it locally. Vovomeena features an impressive coffee selection, partnering with the local Roastery of Cave Creek and showcasing a Japanese cold-brewed coffee technique. This method involves allowing cold water to slowly drip, one by one, over the coffee grounds, resulting in a stronger and less acidic flavor.
