The food is amazing, I've been coming here for years. I left philly for about a year and just came back, the menu is a little different but that's to be expected. Only thing that bothered me though is them trying to get away with not giving you your change. I went in last month for the first time since coming back to philly, with my sister and my niece. The server was nice but she seemed a bit preoccupied even though it wasn't busy at all, but I digress. We asked for extra cherries in my nieces drink, it came without, no big deal at all, but it felt like i was jumping through hoops trying to get her attention without shouting or being too boisterous. It took her quite a while to come back to our table and whenever she did walk by it felt like she was going out of her way to not look at us. When it came time to pay (Cash only on weekends) I gave my money and I'm patiently waiting for my change, she's just looking at me from the register. Then after a certain point that she realized I was not making a move to get up, she said something along the lines of "is this all, everything good" I said yea, and she said something else i didn't quite hear but she kept my damn change. I was going to tip her but not 15 damn dollars when we had to fight to get her attention. Then I just went in again for takeout and although my change was slightly less than a dollar, the woman made no effort to give me my change back. What if I wanted my quarters for the meter outside?? Lol, they think they're slick, I let the 15$ slide because I was in a rush, but at this point I don't care if it's a nickel, give it the hell back lol
