"Polidori Sausage is the oldest family owned sausage manufacturer in Colorado. for 95 years, we have been making the same authentic heirloom sausage that our Great Grandmother Anna Polidori used to make. We produce Monday-Friday out of our plant at 3800 Dahlia St, but we do not sell from this location. You can find us online, or at retailers like Safeway, King Soopers, City Market, Leevers Locavore, or Spinelli's. You can also find us on the menu at many restaurants across Colorado!"
