"Spain’s oldest cava and wine producer, family-owned for centuries and notable for Josep Raventós Fatjó’s 1872 use of the traditional French method to make the country’s first cava. Under technical director Bruno Colomer the estate produces a range of prestige cavas; a standout is the Blanc de Blancs Reserve 2017 from the Ars Collecta collection, made from chardonnay, Xarel·lo and Parellada del Penedès.
