A quintessential Portland dig, Flavour Spot is an outdoor cafe set upon playground-like gravel with picnic tables, good jams, and bikes lined up against the fence that surrounds it. Get the waffle, ice cream, or beverage of your choice. I chose a waffle with banana, peanut butter, and Nutella—with a marshmallow creme dip, naturally (how can one go wrong with such a combo?). Wear your stretchy pants, take a seat, and enjoy Portland's summer sunshine."
