If you'd like to try chef Daniel Humm's cooking while you are in New York, the restaurant at the NoMad Hotel is a tempting alternative. Located at 28th and Broadway, the hotel has helped revitalize the neighborhood. (Its name is one of those typical New York abbreviations: North of Madison Square Park.)
