"Opened in fall 2019 as part of a boutique Curio Collection, this Houston hotel is named for Charlotte Baldwin Allen and traces her role financing the city’s beginnings; its design by Rottet Studio and Rohe Creative includes a striking 111-foot living plant wall shaped like an “X” that nods to Baldwin’s inability to sign her name and invites guests to make their mark.
