"Located in a quieter, industrial part of town about a mile from the Funk Zone, this working winery produces roughly 5,000 cases annually of Rhône-style wines; the tasting room is inside the production facility (be mindful of forklifts in the small parking lot). For a typical $15 tasting you might sample a honeysuckle-scented viognier, a jammy, smoky and slightly spicy grenache, and—when available—the reserve Upslope syrah, noted for rich, spicy flavors of dried cherry and oak." - Georgia Freedman
