Marriott and Family Brand Camp Create New Kids Clubs - AFAR
"This new 450-room all-inclusive resort, opening in spring 2024 with bookings already available, represents the brand’s first direct entry into the all-inclusive market and will be the debut site for an immersive Camp Club. The kids program features destination-inspired, sensory and experiential play led by Camp counselors—activities include make-your-own-guitar workshops, high-energy movement classes with dancing and singing, guided arts-and-crafts in a creative corner, slime-making at a signature Schmutz Bar, interactive games and storytelling, and themed environments with colorful graphics and sequined “disco cabins.” The property also offers nine specialty restaurants, water features such as a lazy river and water slides, staged entertainment, and conservation initiatives to protect endangered sea turtles (nest protection, turtle releases, restricted beach access during nesting season, and five annual beach cleanups)." - Devorah Lev-Tov
