After many months of passing by Chicken Inn, I decided to grab dinner from this local chicken joint. From their menu, I decided to try the fried chicken, mushrooms, onion rings, potatoes, and coleslaw. What followed was an unexpected surprise. The fried chicken had a perfect, crisp coating that was full of flavors. The seasoning was not overbearing and allowed for the natural chicken flavor to burst through. The side of mushrooms and onion rings were just as flavorful; with the perfect balance of salt and oil that was deliciously complemented with garlic and spices. The potatoes were soft and fried perfectly.
