"The Broadway Breadcrumb slice is a pillowy Sicilian-square pizza drenched in a fragrant, tomato-forward sauce with an onion-y sweetness, flecked with salty Pecorino Romano and finished with grassy olive oil. A riff on sfincione—traditionally a thick focaccia with anchovy-forward sauce and caciocavallo—this version swaps in Pecorino and omits anchovies, and is distinguished by a generous dusting of tiny breadcrumbs tossed with Italian herbs (oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme).
