With a separate entrance from the Emirates Palace hotel , the spa offers Moroccan-inspired surrounds; think dim lanterns, and bubbling water features. Walk into the marble-laden wonderland, and you're ushered onto a plush suede sofa to complete the required paperwork. A refreshing towel and brass pot of tea materializes; then it's onto the private suite via the men's and women's changing areas, which boast Jacuzzis, steam rooms, and an ice cave. Take us into the room. How was the session itself? The seven treatment suites are as lavish and decadent as you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber, yet each has its own relaxed, romantic warmth. Glossy Moroccan tiles and rose petals elevate the opulence further, as do the quality the therapists, who are attentive and gentle in their approach. Tranquil music sets the mood as fragrant oils and mists play a supporting role in the background. Any fun extras?
