A adjacent experimental lab, of sorts, turns out everything from Date Shake Ale, a creamy ale redolent of dates and cinnamon, to Black Currant Session Saison. One of the more notable stops on the Yeast Van beer trail, 33 Acres has an aesthetic that's strong enough to get you through the door.
