Other standouts include the half roasted Pollo Asado with aji panca, chimichurri and finger-licking guava barbeque chicken jus, and the OG Duck Chaufa, duck confit rice prepared tableside with edamame, egg, corn, chili, and flying fish roe. The restaurant can get pretty hectic, especially at the bar and up on the rooftop patio, so don't expect to be in and out for a quick meal.
