"In 2013, Chris Montana had the wild idea to start a distillery. A lawyer by trade, he thought he could build a business in the city he was fond of that would impact his family for generations to come. It's not just one spirit that his distillery, Du Nord, does well—L’etoile vodka, Fitzgerald gin, Mixed Blood whiskey, and two flavored liqueurs (coffee and apple) are all produced by the brand. Du Nord Distillery, whose cocktail room closed at the start of COVID-19, is currently in the midst of a massive redesign and scheduled to open in October 2021. All of Du Nord's spirits can be purchased on their website, on Drizly, and at select retailers throughout the country."
