"Victor Borg won a Michelin star for this restaurant just five months after it opened in 2019, and I’d expect pin-smart service and bold, umami-forward plates — from a Milanese-style arancino and mussels with gorgonzola and passionfruit to a frothy mushroom and garlic sopressini and a chocolate mousse pepped with caviar ice cream — even a solo bread course with burrata.
