"One of Ibiza’s most authentic farm-to-table destinations, this project began in 2018 as a small organic farm and now flourishes on a larger former cattle ranch with a namesake restaurant among its produce. The mission is as compelling as the food—regenerating the island’s food system and strengthening its farming network—with thousands of seeds planted and harvests of home-grown fruit, vegetables, and nuts. Visitors can book immersive tours to explore the grounds and meet the animals or simply eat: sip cocktails and share creative, nourishing light bites in the courtyard, or book the 12-seat family table in the on-site shop for a celebration." - Sarah Leigh Bannerman
