The architecture is hacienda-style, and the bedding and decor have Mexican patterns. Head to LaFrida, a dimly-lit boîte oozing with old-school Mexican elegance (think luminous black chandeliers, and Frida Kahlo reproductions lining the walls), for a night of traditional live music and some hearty but sophisticated dishes—the braised short rib, with a black chilhuacle sauce, is a must."
