"Nordelaia, located in Cremolino, is a boutique hotel housed in a peach-pink villa. The interiors have been restyled by U.K. design studio These White Walls and Genoese architect Valerio Tunesi. The hotel features a two-story dining annex with British chef Charles Pearce providing creative dishes, and a clubby Bistrot offering a lighter menu. The GM, Alfonso Spinelli, enhances the local art collector's house party atmosphere."
