"New York City's first dog café named Boris & Horton will have a soft opening in mid-January before opening for good later this month. The café will be divided into two Health Department-approved sections, with pastries from Balthazar, Bien Cuit, and the gluten-free Husk Bakeshop, City of Saints coffee, house-made toasts, and beer and wine in the evening on the café side. There will also be a 'dog side,' featuring a shop with canine-related goods, weekend dog adoption events, and seating for those with and without pups. Boris & Horton will allow any dog to enter its premises and will provide a mix of coffee, wine, and food options for humans and various treats for the pups. There will be a photo booth for pet photos and a high-end merchandise area."
