"Fresa’s famous rotisserie-style chicken al carbon comes with two different rubs—the achiote and citrus or the Yucatecan spice—and is served with char grilled onions, meaty charro beans, rice with carrots and peas, hot corn tortillas, and a whole marinated jalapeño. Others come for the skirt steak or prawns, both served with the same fixing, or one of the bowls (like the Power Bowl, with greens, sweet potato, chickpeas, roasted cauliflower, and agave-lime chicken).
