"The Spa at Spruce Peak at Stowe Mountain Resort offers a unique cryotherapy treatment with the Cryo T-Shock machine. This treatment, called the Après Ski T-Shock Pain Relief, focuses on sore muscles such as quads, hamstrings, or calves, and costs $110 for a 25-minute session. The spa also offers cryo-facials that reduce puffiness and smooth fine lines for $200."
