Miraflores Winery is one of the four Pleasant Valley wineries in Placerville. This small winery region is proud to be known as El Dorado's "Rhone Zone", specializing in both Northern and Southern Rhone varietals such as Viognier, Syrah, Mourvedre, Grenache, and many more. Miraflores specializes not only in these particular varietals but also many more including Zinfandel, Barbera, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Tempranillo-just to name a few. Miraflores is also proud to offer an incredible and unique dessert wine program. Miraflores is El Dorado County's premium destination for wine and food pairing events, specializing in Summer PAIRINGS lunches from July to October on their scenic patio overlooking high elevation estate vineyards. These events feature four course chef prepared menus expertly paired with wine, chosen from the winery's onsite Sommelier. These events are highlighted among many other food and wine centric events held at the beautiful tasting room in addition to year round complimentary barrel tasting. With 220 acres, including 42 of which are planted vines, with various micro climates, there are 16 different varietals planted on the estate.
