"This comfy diner-style cafe in an Estes Park strip mall is named after Notchtop Mountain in Rocky Mountain National Park, so it’s fitting that it’s our favorite stop before adventures. Red booths, simple tables, and reclaimed wood prove that it’s all about the food here, and that’s a good thing. The exhaustive menu can be hard to choose from, especially because all the offerings sound so good. There are breakfast combos, hashes, sandwiches, scrambles, Benedicts, and pancakes; for our money, though, the cinnamon roll French Toast and the Santa Fe hash both hit the spot." - Megan Barber
