"Andrew Kochan and Tim Lanza of the always-interesting Marigold Kitchen in West Philly are heading over the Schuylkill for Talk. Unlike Marigold, a BYOB that only serves a tasting menu, Talk is going for a la carte plates and alcohol, but the dishes — carrot beignets, lamb sausage wontons — sound equally inventive.
