"Expanding to the west side, this fast-casual Korean barbecue concept will open at Rockspring Plaza next to Market Grille Café (7175 W. Lake Mead Boulevard) on Friday, February 5. The location will carry the brand’s concise menu of Korean-style barbecue proteins paired with rice, cabbage and sweet potato noodles, plus familiar sides like fried/popcorn chicken, potstickers and imported beverages; unlike the University Gardens outpost, the new site will not include a drive-thru.
