"A 4,500-square-foot, mahogany-and-leather cocktail lounge on the Venetian casino floor with a sultry, library-inspired interior and a tall metal birdcage-like fixture; it opened in 2016 and became known for inventive signature cocktails served in eclectic barware and plentiful seating that appeals to both visitors and locals. Standout drinks on the menu included the Penicillin (scotch, fresh lemon, ginger, honey and an Islay float), the Harajuku (Japanese whisky, Byrrh Quinquina aperitif and chocolate bitters) and the Coney Island Express (dark rum, cold brew coffee, vanilla and Amaro Ciociaro poured in a blue-and-white Greek coffee cup familiar to New Yorkers). The lounge is scheduled to close on June 25 to make way for a new concept." - Janna Karel
