"Ace Eat Serve’s new chef, Thach Tran, has performed a massive menu overhaul inside the Uptown ping-pong hall. Find all new ramen (pork belly tonkotsu, beef, and miso mushroom) and bao buns (pork belly, short rib, and tempura mushroom). Order the Crazy Sichuan Shrimp Wontons and the Scallop and Shrimp X.O. Rice Pillows, and wash them down with the Eastern Standard Thyme (Ginza soju, ginger liqueur, and bitter lemon syrup). Tran arrived at Ace after years at Sushi Den, ChoLon, and most recently Stella’s.
