"A Texas winery's new Richmond outpost at 8921 Harlem Road delivers a large tasting-room-and-restaurant experience built around an 83-foot-long wine bar with roughly two dozen wine taps, two private tasting rooms, a substantial covered outdoor patio, and on-site production and storage — the project was billed as the Houston area’s largest winery when announced in 2019. The kitchen integrates the wines into the menu with dishes such as pork chops with fig agrodolce, a Syrah-poached pear salad, Texas Gulf shrimp in a tomato, fennel, and sauvignon blanc broth, plus wood-fired pizzas cooked in an Italian-made Mugnaini oven. Now open in a soft-opening phase, it is operating Monday–Tuesday 4 p.m.–9 p.m., Wednesday–Thursday 11 a.m.–9 p.m., Friday 11 a.m.–10 p.m., and Saturday–Sunday 10 a.m.–10 p.m." - Amy McCarthy
