For food, there’s bistro fare like duck fat fries, burgers, and a New York strip steak. The food comes from executive chef Darren Pettigrew, and Marshall Minaya — who previously helmed the beverage programs at the now-closed Salvation Burger and Salvation Taco — heads up the cocktails.
