"The nearly four-year-old bar and restaurant will rebrand as Project Bar & Grill starting Friday, June 1, with a name change meant to put a bigger spotlight on cocktails while retaining its 24 craft beer taps. Co-owners Beau Schmitt and Mike Sill have worked with Nick Adams (George’s at the Cove), Drew Murphy (Quad Ale House), and chef Eliseo Haro (The Deck at Moonshine Flats) to enhance the cocktail and food menus and to implement cosmetic upgrades to the Fifth Avenue space. In addition to a brand-new brunch menu, they’re positioning themselves as an early adopter of the CBD cocktail trend with three CBD Lemonade variations—spiked with vodka, rum, and Fernet—available on tap, each containing 15 mg of CBD from local manufacturer PlusCBD Oil; derived from hemp, it won’t make you high but is promoted to help reduce headaches, hangovers, nausea, inflammation, and stress. Project Bar & Grill also plans to put other cocktails and shots on draft." - Candice Woo
