"FAIRFAX — Amelie, a wine bar mini-chain with two locations in New York and one in SF, has opened a fourth location with Moschetti coffee and pastries from pastry chef is Yannick Dumonceau, a Quince vet who also works at ONE65, the Marin Independent Journal reports. There’s also a lunch and dinner menu of sandwiches, salads, and a house burger. The wines are mostly French, with some small, local bottles also on the menu. Outdoor dining and takeout are both available." - Eve Batey
