Toasted Gastropub opens soon | Eater Vegas

"Owned by restaurateur Sami Ladeki, who renamed his concept from Toast Gastropub, this Las Vegas breakfast-and-lunch spot opened on Oct. 6 and focuses on indulgent, Instagram-ready brunch fare and cocktails. Drinks include flaming coffees, extravagant Bloody Marys, and playful options like lavender lemonade mimosas, pisco sours, and blackberry, peach, or blood orange Bellinis. The food roster ranges from red velvet pancakes and shrimp and grits to multiple egg Benedicts (including a short rib Benny) and inventive French toasts such as an Elvis French toast. Other highlights are eggs in purgatory served in a sourdough bread bowl, duck confit toast, crispy chicken and cakes, and lobster with mashed avocado on toast; lunch offerings feature items like a smoked brisket melt and a BLT." - Susan Stapleton
