"I'm excited that the cult-favorite ice cream shop is opening a second Houston location at 1151 Uptown Park Boulevard on Saturday, August 21; the Uptown Park shop will join the Rice Village location that opened in May and a third location is expected soon at the Montrose Commons on lower Westheimer.
