The History of NYC Diners - Eater NY

"The prefab metal building, built by Mountain View, replaced the Air Line Diner and was renamed Jackson Hole in 1972. Known for its prop-plane logo, it is visible to planes taking off from the airport. It was one of the first locations of a diner chain named after a Wyoming ski resort." - Robert Sietsema
