"Part of a coalition of Montreal nightclubs protesting Quebec's ban on dancing, Stereo announced on Facebook that it helped organize a parade of floats, performers, “very loud” music, and lights set for October 23 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., beginning on Avenue du Parc and Duluth; as of Tuesday morning about 1.7 thousand people had responded that they’d be attending. In its announcement Stereo voiced frustration that the freedom to gather and dance did not return after full vaccination and the implementation of the vaccine passport, writing, “We believed the freedom to gather and dance would come upon full vaccination. That all or most restrictions would be removed with the implementation of the vaccine passport. Nothing happened.”" - Valerie Silva
