Choosing the Create Your Own Set, diners pick among marinated pork shoulder, rib-eye, and shrimp (we also added short ribs, papaya salad, and fried sausage) and grill at the table on a specialty grill-slash-pan while the roasting juices drip into the soup that surrounds the grill, creating a warming broth that was then stuffed with an assortment of provided vegetables.
