5 Boston Restaurant Cooking Classes to Check Out This Winter | Eater Boston

"The Israeli-rooted bakery founded by famed Danish Israeli baker Uri Scheft — whose chocolate babka is 'the stuff of legend' — is hosting monthly babka and challah-making classes at its downtown shop. Two-hour babka classes run 6:30–8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 22, Wednesday, February 12, and Wednesday, March 5. A two-hour challah class on Wednesday, February 5 covers braiding, baking, and decorating your own loaf. Tickets are $150 per person for all classes, with additional workshop dates scheduled in spring and early summer for those who can't make the winter sessions." - Erika Adams
